Great location, has everything you could possibly need or want. Clean and comfortable.
The cleaning fee is over the top considering you are given a lists of tasks to do prior to your departure. With a fee like that you should just be able to walk out. I've always left any place the way I find it. It's unfortunate but I can only assume a disaster has been left by others.

Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well appointed.
The only problem was having a single full bath shared with all three upstairs bedrooms. It was functional, however.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! So close to Petoskey and all the beautiful sights. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. the patio off the back of the house is quite relaxing! Definitely a 10/10
The only thing I disliked was that it was a bath and a half in a 3 bedroom 2 story condo. But that's not really an issue until it comes time to shower. Other than that there's nothing to dislike!
