From the side deck, a staircase leads to the expansive rooftop terrace, where panoramic views of downtown Harbor Springs and Little Traverse Bay create an unforgettable setting. The apartment was clean, comfortable and worked very well for our 1-week stay. The outside decks were great for watching the July 4 fireworks and viewing the harbor. The management company was responsive.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Bedding needed to be re-cleaned, rugs needed to be re-cleaned. No umbrella for upper deck, outside lawn chairs needed to be re-cleaned. Closet door does not work, sliding screen is broken, ironing board is broken. Mgt.company came to fix what they could, but place was very cheaply done.
