Immersa nel verde, zona silenziosa, presente tutto ciò che può servire un un appartamento. Situata nella parte alta di Merano, ma comodo raggiungere il centro a pochi minuti di macchina.

L’appartamento ben curato, pulito, con tutto il necessario per farti sentire a casa. La settimana in cui siamo stati noi ha fatto molto caldo a Merano, ma tenendo chiuse le finestre a doppi vetri, le tapparelle e aprendo la tenda para sole sul lato esposto, la casa si è sempre mantenuta abbastanza fresca. Infine, ma non di minore importanza, la proprietaria è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile, e comunicare direttamente con lei è stato sempre facile e piacevole.

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe zu Schloss Trauttmansdorf
Warmes Wasser ist zur Zeit etwas problematisch ( dauert ca 2min bis es warm wird) soll aber im Spätjahr gefixt werden.
