Zeer goede locatie en een fijn appartement.

Modernes, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zentral gelegen, nur einige Meter zur Uferpromenade, trotzdem sehr ruhig, da in Seitenstraße gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Statt des Sandwichmakers hätte ich mir einen Toaster gewünscht, aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Der Zigarettenrauchgeruch, der regelmäßig durch die Lüftung im Bad kam. Das kann man der Vermieterin nicht zur Last legen. Schade, dass sich Gäste im Appartement- Haus ganz offensichtlich nicht an das Rauchverbot in den Appartements halten.

The location was great, the air conditioning in the main area was very strong, and keyless entry was incredibly convenient

The apartment management was disappointing for a 10-day stay. The bed advertised as a double consisted of two single beds pushed together that constantly split apart. The bedroom has no air conditioning. We were provided with minimal starter supplies, with only one towel each, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, and no spare garbage bags for the 10 day stay. We had to request extra towels, garbage bags, coffee, and the promised mid-stay linen change. On our final night, our message asking for assistance to locate the advertised parking space was left on read, resulting in an unexpected out-of-pocket expense for public parking. When we provided this feedback privately, the host responded with hostile legal threats. It's nice, however it lacks the basics for a ten day stay.
