Locatie was dicht bij het centrum. Het is een ruim appartement. Het is er rustig voor in het centrum. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed.
De matras is te dun en aan vervanging toe. Het was voor mij handig geweest als er een microwave was geweest.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt und der Parkplatz. Fewo war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer und gute Betten.
Im Schlafzimmer fehlte uns ein Nachtschränkchen oder Ablage mit Lampe.

Sehr netter , unkomplizierter Kontakt. Der Stellplatz der zu Wohnung dazugehört war super und auch erforderlich da es nur anwohnerpakplätze gab. Auch die lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man ist zu Fuß sofort in der Innenstadt oder bei der nächsten Straßenbahn Haltestelle.
Leider ist die Wohnung leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Türen klemmen, Laminatboden an manchen stellen locker oder sogar kaputt. Auch das Badezimmer war etwas speziell, vor allem die Duschbadewanne... Zudem hatte die Bettwäsche einen komischen Geruch sowie auch die Handtücher. Für diesen Preis finde ich es echt etwas teuer. Aber ich denke das sind halt die Stadtpreise.
