Great central location, comfortable bed and pillow, kitchenette facilities very good.

Poor communication with host, no responses to questions, hard to locate main customer service phone number, personal wifi needed to connect to wifi, wifi details displayed in room are not up to date, floors and some surfaces were not cleaned, staircase dirty, no privacy in ground floor room with people walking past on footpath near road, no key access safe outside the apartment for easy access to room on arrival.

The design was high quality and beautiful interior design. The bathroom and shower was excellent and easy to use. Good facilities such as hand soap and shower gel etc. the location was great and it easy to access from the train station. Haribos are a nice touch.

No sheet on the bed, just a mattress protector. Not a full set of cutlery or crockery. Whilst the design and idea is superb. The quality control for these finer details are lacking. As we visited in an unusual heat wave (it was 34 degs and over for our entire 3 night stay!). The fan was very poor and we asked numerous times for another one. It was not delivered. The apartment was unbearable at times. We put the WiFi code in, copied from the reservation information numerous times and it didn’t work. Turns out you didn’t need the spaces. But the staff at the end of the enquiry line did not know this either. In the end we figured it out. The apartment was good, it’s just the extra level of assistance that was lacking for me.
