Excellent service, very detailed instructions, fast, easy, and pleasant communication! It is in a nice location near the city center. The freshly renovated apartment has everything you may need, even for a long-term stay (except for an iron, if you need it).

Sono stata una settimana per lavoro e non è mai prevista la pulizia, cosa inaccettabile anche se nella stanza è presente il necessario, perché c’era un solo rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica, niente carta in cucina e un solo asciugamano per il bagno. Ne ho richiesti due extra (anche a pagamento), ma mi è stato risposto che non è previsto un servizio di asciugamani extra. Pulizia approssimativa, dato che ho dovuto lavare ogni stoviglia prima di utilizzarla (pentole unte e posate appiccicose). Polvere e capelli sparsi, asciugacapelli impolverato e maleodorante. Tutto sommato fattibile, ma decisamente da rivedere sotto molti aspetti.
