Schöne kompakte Wohnung, Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden.
Die Heizung in der Küche geht immer noch nicht.

The apartment is in 16th floor, there is a beautiful view of the city.
It is close to the Tram, so you can be really fast in the center. It is also close to the Botanischer garten.
It is not easy to find a parking place. In the front of the apartment there is a parking lot but you can park only for 3 hours.
Swabencenter is almost closed, the store in there doesnt have a lot of things to buy.
When we came the owner didnt answer the phone, we had to wait, it wasnt easy to get the keys.
