Uns hat die Dachterrasse am besten gefallen und auch der Style der Wohnung.
Die Couch war etwas fleckig , müsste mal gereinigt werden.

Das Bad war wegen der Dachschrägen sehr eng und das Duschen etwas schwierig

Diese Ferienwohnung war schon allein von der Architektur außergewöhnlich, ein ausgebauter Dachboden, recht praktisch umgesetzt. Ein großer Wohnküchenbereich, ein Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Bett mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse, mit einem Ausblick auf die Stadt.
Die Nachrüstung der Küchenausstattung erfolgte prompt. Der Aufstieg ins oberste Stockwerk ist schon mit Gepäck ein Kraftakt, da sollte man fit sein.

Ruhige Lage, verkehrsberuhigte Zone, Grüngürtel des Flusses Wertach 300 Meter entfernt. Gute Anbindung an Tram und gebührenfreiem Großparkplatz in 500 m (Plärrer)
5 geschossiges Miethaus um 1900. Entsprechende Geschosshöhe und gleichalte Nebengebäude in unterschiedlichem Erhaltungszustand.Wohnung befindet sich im Spitzgiebel, wenig gedämmt. Für Hunde ist das Treppensteigen schwierig. Dachterrasse in Ordnung, leider auf gleicher Höhe der Abflussentlüftungen der Nebenhäuser. Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen oft vollständig belegt.
