Die Tür konnte man nicht absperren und es war ein so großer spalt das man reinsehen konnte. Die klospülung gehört erneuert.

People should know that there’s no washer in the apartment. That’s a bit deceiving. There’s a paid laundry in the basement that’s clean. It would have been nice to have a small microwave in the apartment.

Das Standardprogramm TV haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Herdplatte haben wir nicht erhitzen können. Gebrauchsanweisungen wären hilfreich gewesen.

Das Apartment war insgesamt in Ordnung. Lage und Ausstattung entsprachen im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung.
Der Couchbezug war stark verschmutzt und wies mehrere Flecken auf. Die Schlüsselübergabe über das System ist umständlich und wenig benutzerfreundlich. Zudem war der Service schlecht erreichbar: Seit zwei Tagen warte ich auf die Rechnung, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar (nur Bandansage), und auf Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert.
