Surrounded by the most beautiful art nouveau houses in Augsburg, you can easily reach the main station (train to Munich in 30 minutes), the Königsplatz (main transfer point for buses and trams), the Wittelsbacher Park with its old trees, the magnificent street "Maximilianstrasse" within a 5-minute walk and the neighboring Bismarckviertel with its very special flair.
Here you can visit cozy cafes and restaurants. The bridge there with a view of the hotel tower (the tallest building in Augsburg) invites you to a stroll in the evening.
Despite the location close to the center, the apartment is absolutely quiet while you have all amenities for your daily life in short walking distance.
