Newly renovated granny flat in the attic of a single-family home, located in the heart of a residential neighborhood in northern Königsbrunn, right on the city limits with Augsburg.
This beautiful, bright attic apartment with a loft-style feel features a large open-concept living, dining, and sleeping area. The apartment is furnished with a 2x2m double bed and a 1.30x2m pull-out sofa bed.
The apartment is ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to four, as the sofa in the living room is a pull-out (1.30m wide).
The bedroom is separated from the living area by an opaque curtain.
The newly installed kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, and toaster.
The bathroom has natural light and features a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
In the living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with satellite TV.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Ilsesee recreational area. Right outside the front door, you’ll find a swimming paradise with sunbathing lawns, a barbecue area, playgrounds, and numerous beautiful forest trails for walks or bike rides.
Bakeries, restaurants, and various grocery stores are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Historic Augsburg is a 15-minute drive away,
Landsberg am Lech is a 25-minute drive away.

Spacious suite 2 flights up in a mixed residential industrial area. Some noise from vehicles, poor availability of street parking. Overall, a good stay to visit Munich and the region.

The appartement was very nice for my family.
Everything was just perfect and since the owner knew my family was arriving late they prepared the sofa bed already. I can only say good things about this appartement and recommend if for everyone.
The only downside wa that it didn’t have WIFI but We knew that before arriving. With WIFi this place would be rated outstanding, now it is just excellent 🥳
