I recommend it especially for large companies or families

Nice villa in great location, close to Thessaloniki but in a quiet area where you can relax. Comfortable mattresses, fully equipped kitchen.

Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist, but I would like the apartment to be cleaned better. The bedding and towels were really clean and I appreciated that

The guests don't have any control of the heating of the house. For that you have to call the host. That's not very comfortable (although he always responded quickly and willingly)

Reservation Issue: Different House Provided by Host

We stayed in another place which was ok and similar to this house - https://www.booking.com/hotel/gr/luxury-appartment-near-thessaloniki-airport-for-8-to-25-people.sr.html

Night before our arrival we got a message from our host that the heating system is broken in the house and he offered us another place. We accepted another similar accommodation, because in November you need a heating. Another day we found out that the house we booked was given to someone else by mistake, and the heating system wasn't nor the problem. So the host mixed up reservations because he is supporting 6 houses or more.

Totally Dissapointing

One of the bedrooms (second floor) had no air conditionning and it was impossible to sleep in it The AC machine from first floor made continuous noise during the night and I could not sleep all night Holes in walls, ceiling made the villa look really cheap, no value for money in my opinion.

הבית גדול ורחב . סלון גדול. פינת ישיבה ופינת אוכל גדולים. חדרים מרווחים. מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. אפילו חדר משחקים לילדים. ממוקם כחצי שעה נסיעה מהעיר . זה אומר שהיתה חניה ל3 רכבים שהגענו איתם. מיקום שקט ונחמד. המארח היה נפלא. שמחנו להכיר אותו ולדבר איתו.

היו רק 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת. הסתדרנו אבל היה קצת חסר. הבית בסגנון ישן אבל נקי ומסודר.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren hervorragend, viele Terrassen und Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Oben der Wohnbereich mit einem großen Bad. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet, auch für größere Gruppe.

Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Tage gekommen und auch manche Geräte könnten erneuert werden. Teilweise sind die Zimmer sehr klein.

Locația este ok, un cartier linistit si relativ ușor de accesat din autostrada, casa e mare, cu curte si terasa, parcarea pe strada fără probleme, in fata casei .Pentru tranzit e ok,pt mai mult de o noapte nu vad rostul....

Curățenia....lasă de dorit ...paturile nu sunt chiar confortabile...destul de ponosita casa,nu e chiar luxury...
