I would visit again but have to improve the cleaning

Great location, beach front, very suitable if you have kids (ours was 1yo). Very well organized when it comes down to having a fully equipped kitchen, private parking space and excellent privacy. All in all we are very satisfied and would visit again for sure. However, there are two things that I would urge the property to improve.

The cleaning lady came each day but only to offer toiletries and take the trash out. In our 10 day stay not once was the room cleaned (swept or else). I think if it is expected for the guests to clean their own room, the property should at least offer mop and tray, and most importantly state that in the house rules. We also didn’t like the fact that there is no poster on the door with house rules and wifi password, no emergency chart of the hotel in case of fire.

Perfect location and convenient parking

The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the beachfront. The rooms are clean, but the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped. The parking is very convenient – each spot has its own lockable barrier with a key, so during your stay the space is reserved just for you.

I would have appreciated a better equipped kitchen.

Great location, far from Luxury apartments

The location is fantastic, and the restaurant does some delicious food. The sea view from the balcony.

Everything else. We arrived and were given a smaller room than booked. Initially, I was told all your rooms are the same size and had to push for what I had booked and paid for. We could only be moved after 1 day, so this disrupted our 1st day. The larger room was better but dirty, cleaning was not done properly, there was still sand and dirt in corners of the room, especially around the fridge. The door handle to the balcony was broken and kept falling off. The shower drain was blocked and kept flooding the room. We were then woken every night to a smell I can only describe as rotting fish, this was coming from the bathroom, it made you sick to brush your teeth or go to the toilet, this seemed to disappear by the afternoon only to return in the night. There were no cereal bowls or teaspoons, although given pots to cook in there were no utensils or a sharp knife, it seemed that the cutlery and crockery supplied were bits and peices thrown together. No washing up liquid, sponges or tea towel are provided. The balcony has a lovely sea view but unfortunately can not be used in the evening due to the direct sunlight hitting it, a canopy on both sides would be better. As a resident who has already paid a small fortune to stay, I should not then have to pay a further EUR 20 per day for beds and an umbrella on top of ordering drinks. Overall, we had an awful stay and were extremely disappointed that the luxury apartments advertised were far from it.

Location is great. We were in ground floor apartment and it is great for families with small kids. They can play outside while you sitting at the balcony.

Great location and garden, not clean enough.

The location is perfect, ideal for families with little children, very calm and has a pleasant garden.

The cleanliness was not what I expected or what I've seen 15 years ago. The room was cleaned every day but with very poor quality. The sand was barely cleaned from the floor, the bed sheets and towels were not changed, just tidied up. We had many ants in our room and had to buy a spray to kill them every day. We left our shoes outside of the room to keep it clean but one morning we saw a mouse hiding between them. I didn't receive a baby cot as I requested multiple times even in my messages to the hotel before we arrived. The parking is terrible.

As a summary: we probably won’t be visiting this hotel again due to the issues mentioned above.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the beach. The beach itself is decent but not among the best — I’d rate it around 6-7/10. I liked the restaurant; the pizza is excellent, and it’s one of the coolest, most comfortable spots among the nearby places since there’s rarely a crowd (probably because they don’t have a big variety of dishes, which is a downside).

What I didn’t like: the WiFi was terrible — in the afternoon and evening you couldn’t even load a webpage, let alone watch a video or movie. Very poor. Meanwhile, the two hotels next door had much better WiFi, but the signal didn’t reach our room. Also, I had to check out early and there was no one at the reception desk around 7-8 AM — big complaint there. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days until I went to reception and pointed it out; after that, they cleaned it the same day. The restaurant, as mentioned, doesn’t have a big variety of dishes, though the pizza is 8-9/10. Parking is also bad — it’s a constant fight with guests from other nearby hotels. Even though we booked the hotel expecting to get a spot, they said the parking was full and didn’t give us a key.

Tree view, not sea view

We keep coming back to this hotel because of the perfect location – it’s really close to the beach and everything you might need. The staff is genuinely kind, warm and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and do their best to help, but unfortunately, some problems remained unresolved.

This wasn’t our first time here, but sadly, quality has dropped. The safe didn’t work despite multiple complaints. Towels were changed after 5th and 7th day of our stay, not every 3 as stated. When we asked for towels, we first got only 2 small ones for 3 people. The next day, they brought (on request) 2 large ones, saying they didn’t have more available. The bathroom is tiny (but we knew that) and floods after each shower – the door frame is now moldy, swollen, and visibly damaged. We paid for a sea view but got a tree view. The hallway to our room was dirty with bird droppings (swallows nest there) and the AC unit leaks constantly, making the floor wet and slippery, unsafe for kids. This year, breakfast was no longer included in the price as before but price was slightly increased (if i remember correctly) Parking is chaotic – two cars barely fit, one always touches a tree. Decorative pillow was stained on arrival, which was very off-putting. Restaurant: pizza okay, pasta average, dessert inedible and came after asking three times. Staff is kind but not helpful with solving problems. Sadly, we probably won’t return unless service and quality improve. It simply isn’t worth the money anymore.

Perfect stay for a family vacation

- perfect location close to Siviri beach - good food with sunset view - friendly and kind staff, especially the owner and his family are heartwarming - you can reserve sunbeds at the beach for 20 Eur additional charge - noise isolation of the rooms is very good, our room was on top of the restaurant/terrace and once you shut the door you almost do not hear anything

- the bathroom was a little bit small but it was okay for our needs - seaview rooms: The view from the rooms in front is blocked partially from the trees of the restaurant below but they give you a lot of needed shadow at the beautiful terrace on the really hot days, that is fair enough

We had problem with sunbeds, at 9 am there were no free sunbeds, but also no people on that sunbeds, some of those people came to the beach at 1am. One of the reason why we choose this hotel is because it is so close to the beach and I am pregnant + 3 years old child, so we wanted to have everything close. When we ask someone from hotel to solve this problem, they told us you can have sunbeds for 20 eur per day. At that moment, I thought, so you really don't care about your guests, especially since it says that if you leave your things and you're not on the beach, the towels will be removed.

Great location, not happy with the parking solution. Crowded

Location was ok, near the beach and restaurants.

Not very clean, when we checked-in, lots of spiders on the corners on the floor and dust on the surfaces. We had a parking and we were blocked every day by other cars from next hotel or by people coming to the restaurant or the beach. So every time we wanted to leave with the car we had to search for the car's owner to unblock us. Lost so much time with this and got frustrated. Our hotel owner tried to help some time but the other hotel's staff not so much. The parking slots were small and they were equipped with a blocking system with a key, but the others didn't parked correctly on their slot and you had to squeeze somehow into yours. Not very quiet in the night, lot of noise around.

Very clean. Waiters in the restaurant really nice and friendly. Panayotis in particular.

Parking spaces are very narrow. Between two trees two parking spots that can barely fit two cars. Difficult to park if having small SUV or any of the standard sized vehicle. Internet in the restaurant great, in the rooms bad, almost not existing. Depending on the closeness to the restaurant you may have it or not.

Die Lage ist top, aber die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Die Lage zum Strand (50m) war super.

Die Unterkunft war dreckig, das Bad ist veraltet und schimmelig. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gesäubert, der Boden wurde in 5 Tagen nicht gewischt. Hinzukommt dass wir eine Kakerlake auf dem Zimmer hatten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig.

Намира се в непосредствена близост до плажа. Състои се от две отделни неголеми помещения, в които може да се спи. Втори етаж. Имаше два балкона, което беше предимство. Кафемашината с капсули беше голямо удобство. Препоръчвам да се посещава Сивири юни или септември. През тези месеци има по малко хора и е по спокойно.

Препоръчвам да се помисли за място за обувки в коридора. Друга препоръка - почистването на помещенията да не се прави между 14:00-16:00, когато има вероятност гостите да си почиват.

Κοντά στη θάλασσα. Άνετο δωμάτιο

Δύσκολη πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα. Το πάρκινγκ είναι μπερδεμένη υπόθεση. Υπάρχουν κλειδωμένες θέσεις, αλλά το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν μου είπε ότι δεν υπήρχαν διαθέσιμες για εμάς. Στο αμέσως επόμενο ζευγάρι έδωσε όμως, με τη δικαιολογία ότι "ήταν μπροστά στο δωμάτιο τους". Υπήρχε ένα ελεύθερο δέκα θέσεων περίπου, όπου η πρώτη σειρά έκλεινε τη δεύτερη. Για να βγει αυτός που ήταν στη δεύτερη, έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο αυτόν που ήταν μπροστά του να έρθει να μετακινήσει το αμάξι του.... Δεν το δοκίμασα. Αν ήμουν μπροστά, θα έπρεπε να έχω το νου μου στο τηλέφωνο - ακόμα και όταν κοιμόμουν, ή ήμουν στη θάλασσα - για να έρθω να βγάλω το αμάξι μου. Αν ήμουν στην πίσω σειρά, δεν ξέρω πόση ώρα θα χρειαζόταν να περιμένω μέχρι να κάνει κάποιος άλλος το παραπάνω. Επειδή κάτι τέτοιο δε συνεπάγεται χαλαρές διακοπές και αναψυχή, παρκαρα σε έναν δρόμο κάπου μακριά. Σημειωτέον, ο δρόμος που οδηγεί στο ξενοδοχείο και παρκάρουν όλοι αυτοί ειναι πολύ στενός και οι μανούβρες δύσκολες. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει ξαπλώστρες, στην παραλία, αλλά δεν είναι αποκλειστικές του ξενοδοχείου. Μπορεί να τις χρησιμοποιήσει ο οποιοσδήποτε. Μετά τις 11 δε βρίσκεις. Η συνθήκη χρήσης της ξαπλώστρας είναι 20 ευρώ κατανάλωση . Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να "κρατήσεις" ξαπλώστρες από την προηγούμενη ημέρα με επιπλέον 20 ευρώ. Όλα αυτά όμως δεν αναφέρονται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος. Πρωινό δεν υπήρχε, αλλά μάλλον πρόκειται για κάτι προσωρινό, καθως εκείνη την περίοδο δεν είχαν σχετικό προσωπικό στην κουζίνα. Όλα αυτά πρέπει να αναφέρονται στην περιγραφή, καθώς επηρεάζουν την επιλογή, ειδικά όταν η πληρωμή είναι αμετάκλητη.

Nette Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub

Die Lage zum Strand war echt perfekt, es war sauber und der Balkon war groß.

Es gab keinen Mistkübel, das Bad stand jedes mal nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser, die Balkontüren waren leider überhaupt nicht Schalldicht und am Abend war es teilweise recht laut.
