Perfect property vacation

The host was very friendly and polite and was accessible whenever you need something. The apartment was with three balconies very clean and the two bedrooms were comfy enough. There was a parking space right next to the property. The location was good, near there was Masutis super market and the beach was 10 minutes walk. The kitchen was had all the essential things for cooking like oil, sugar, coffee, salt. Coffee machines were usable as well.

A friendly family-run place with a personal touch, where we had a nice and relaxed time with our children.

We were welcomed very warmly and at our arrival we even got a few little surprises – drinks, biscuits, crisps, honey and so on. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked the many small extras in the kitchen, like laundry tabs, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cocoa, different coffee types, brown sugar, baking paper, cling film and aluminium foil. The host was friendly and also gave us tips on what to see in the area – that was really helpful. Parking right next to the terrace was super practical for unloading. Our kids enjoyed the single swing chair on the back terrace, where there was also light and some plants, very cosy. We stayed on the ground floor in the right-hand apartment – quiet and pleasant. At the front there was another terrace with a table. The weather was nice, so with the doors and windows open we often had a lovely breeze and used the air conditioning only a little. The mosquito nets on all doors and windows were also very useful. The beach was about 10 minutes on foot, and nearby there were supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and even a small bakery where we sometimes got börek or fresh bread. Netflix, YouTube etc. were also available. When leaving we even got a small gift – nicely wrapped with a fridge magnet and an olive oil soap.

In the bathroom, some ventilation would have been good. The sofa bed in the living room was used by our two daughters. The sofa bed is perfectly suitable for one big child; for two kids it was a bit tight. Also, on some evenings the Wi-Fi was a bit weak when many people were using it at the same time.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with kind, attentive hosts!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a very pleasant experience from the very beginning of our stay. Even before we contacted the property to arrange key collection, the hosts had already reached out to us in advance to coordinate everything. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with the keys, as well as some thoughtful extras like snacks, water, and even a bottle of wine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed—even small touches like colored thread and a needle, in case you need to fix something. We were a group of six (four adults and two children), and the apartment suited us perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the double beds were very comfortable for the adults. We also asked the hosts for a few additional things, like an umbrella and some medicine, and they were incredibly kind and quick to help. Linen and towels were changed upon request, and everything was clean and comfortable. For part of our trip, we didn’t have a car, but the beach and shops were within walking distance—even for our youngest, who is only six. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Super comfortable & clean = no need to look further :)

This is truely an Exceptional accommodation ! If the location/size/price is what you are looking for, no need to read further: book it :) Siviri is a great spot amongst other I visited around Kassandra as the village is not too big, the beach is very nice, enough bars, restaurants and shops to have choice for several days and probably not as noisy/crowded as other places in this area. End September it was a delight to sleep in such a calm environment. I spent 10 days at Sunny Siviri. If you rent a car (what I recommend), you can visit many beaches and surroundings in less than 30-45 min drive. If you don't drive, this is fine also as the accommodation is very close to the water front strip with restaurants/shops and the beach of course. The size of the accommodation allows a truely comfortable living area, leading to 2 open air private spaces with outdoor furniture. SmartTV, reliable wifi and very comfy sofa for evening or rainy days relaxation. In addition you can expct a very comfortable bed, powerful hot (or cool) shower anytime of the day, a washing machine for your beach towels and the rest and all you need to prepare a light snack or cook a 3 courses meal ;-) No need, the restaurants are fine if you are lazy like me ! The pictures on this site speak the truth, I am adding mine only to confirm that the premises are spotless, super well maintained and that Anna who welcomed me was really eager to make my stay most comfortable and enjoyable, she is a friendly and reliable host. The beach picture is a lovely walk I did along Siviri coastline. I will definitely book again this accommodation and can recommend it 200% So Anna, Efharisto Poli for making my stay so stressless and comfortable !

Great apartment where you feel like home!

Very clean and well equipped. Perfect for a family stay. We travelled with the baby and had everything we needed (and even more) in apartment: a fully equipped spacious kitchen with a few coffee machines and a big dining table, living room with a comfortable couch and a tv, clean bathroom, a separate bedroom for privacy, and two sweet yards that we could use any time. Location was perfect, the beach and the restaurants were 10 minutes walking distance from our place. Welcome gifts in the kitchen were quite a surprising and a very nice gesture from the hosts. The host was extremely kind and hospitable, and went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed, even with our private issue. Definitely a great place to stay!

Great apartment

The apartment is spacious, nice layout, bed is comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything. The washing machine was a major plus for us, having a small kid and messy clothes all day long. There's a grocery store 3 min away and the beach is around 10 min (walking). Overall, you get all you need for a relaxing vacation.

Everything! Lovely self catering apartment is exactly like on the photos, spacious, clean, with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and patio. Wonderful host gave us, as a complementary gift, a bottle of wine. There was an espresso machine with capsules, but also there were 2 more types of coffee, jam, honey, toast, salt, even a small bottle of olive oil so we didn’t need to go to super market immediately. I have stayed with my 12 year old son for 2 days in this apartment and we really enjoyed it. Washing machine, good wi if connection, as well as TV set with free Netflix were provided. Free parking in the backyard. Wonderful staying and host, thank you Ana! I highly recommend this apartment to everyone coming to Siviri.

It’s around 600 m from the beach, but this is not a big deal or disadvantage. On foot you are on the main beach in Siviri in 5-8 min, but people most of the time are coming to Siviri by car anyway. We had a car and explored nice beaches around (Fourka, Sunny Beach…) in a distance of 20 minutes easy drive along the coast.

Newly decorated, very clean apartment with parking place. Fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated hotel standard (breakfast snacks, Tea & Coffee set) with family-like hospitality. Very nice hosts, good communication (everything confimed by whats up just after booking etc.) For sure the best transfer place we could imagine during our small adventure on Chalkidiki.

Very comfortable and cozy

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed. The sofa in the living room is large and comfy. The back yard terrace is good to relax. Everything is new and clean. The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket, the road is flat - easy to walk. The owners are amazing people, they helped us with everything!

Чудесно място за семейна почивка

Чудесно място за семейство, има отделна спалня и кухня с всички удобства, даже и пералня. Има градинка в задния двор, просторно е. За втора година го посещаваме, с дъщеря ни която е на 1,5 год. Собственичка Анна е много мила и сме и благодарни за всичко.

Единственото нещо, което би направило престоя ми още по-хубав е ако се чистеше пода на няколко дни.
