A small apartment in the town centre

The apartment was clean with everything I needed. The shower is good and the property is in the centre of the town.

The apartment is very close to the front door of the building and the stairs so quite a lot of noise from.others coming and going.

A fuir … sauf si vous voulez rester à la rue

Logement réservé une semaine avant. Le jour même toujours pas d’instructions d’arrivée. Malgré d’une quinzaine d’appels, des messages via booking et sms le propriétaire n’as jamais répondu, pourtant les messages passaient bien en vu…. La moindre des choses en cas d’empêchement ou de contre temps est de répondre et non pas laisser la personne attendre devant le logement de 16h à presque 20h… un bel exemple de manque de respect et de savoir vivre de cette personne ! Merci à Booking d’avoir été très réactif et d’avoir pu me trouver un logement dans l’heure qui a suivi mon appel !

Agréable logement propre bien situé

Situation du logement, accès facile (rez-de-chaussée), stationnement véhicule sans problème, réactivité de la propriétaire, propreté.

Pas facile de trinquer avec un seul verre à pied. Lors de retour de nuit au logement, prévoir un éclairage pour voir la serrure. Un porte manteau dans la salle de bains serait pratique.

Emplacement idéal pour explorer la ville et les environs (j'étais à pied)

La VMC du studio très bruyante et une autre sur l'immeuble (???) se mettant en route chaque soir à heures régulières !

Bien pour un weekend avec des boules Quiès !

La ville était bien, mais il y avait des travaux qui empêchait d'accéder à l'appartement, j'aurais préféré être avertie pour modifier le trajet (Google, Waise, le GPS nous ont fait prendre un rue interdite, c'était angoissant) L'hôte aurait dû nous envoyer un plan !

L'appartement est très mal isolé phoniquement. On entendait les voisins du dessus, qui prenaient des douches à des horaires inappropriés. La banquette du salon était inconfortable, Il n'y avait pas de grille-pain. Les volets étaient très sales. L'annonce prévoyait 2 banquettes-lits mais il n'y en avait qu'une.

LA VILLE ET TOUTES SES MANIFESTATIONS TELLE QUE LA MESSE DE NOËL QUI RESPECTAIT BIEN LA TRADITION ET LES ALENTOURS COMME VEULES LES ROSES ET ETRETAT (COUT DU PARKING TROP ONEREUX, ON RESTE MOINS LONGTEMPS).

Das Schlafzimmer allerdings sehr klein, sehr wenig Möglichkeiten das Gepäck zu verstauen.

Super séjour trop court. On y reviendra!

Le studio était en fait un petit appartement car il avait une chambre séparée. Son emplacement non loin du centre ville était très appréciable. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très rapide. A peine lui envoyais je mes questions qu'elle me donnait déjà les réponses. Draps et serviettes étaient à notre disposition, ce qui soulage les valises. L'appartement était propre et les ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle en suffisance. J'ai bien apprécié la présence d'un couteau à huitres ce qui nous a permis de consommer de délicieuses veulaises. Avoir un essuie de vaisselle à disposition est à souligner car c'est rare!

L'interrupteur de la lumière de la chambre en entrant ne fonctionne plus. De ce fait, on devait grimper sur le lit pour allumer les ampoules car le deuxième interrupteur se trouve sur le mur d'en face où le lit est coincé. J'ai été étonnée de ne pas trouver de verres à vin ;) Une rareté en France. Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de boire notre vin dans des verres à eau.

Appartement agréable, calme et bien situé. Stationnement facile. Très bien pour 2 personnes.
