Return to Normandy after 8 years

Comfortable. Everything we needed. Liked historic location.

Nearby noisy roadworks. These will be completed by July. Staircase to apartment tricky if elderly or less able.

Bien sauf si les voisins sont bruyants et se comportent mal

La propreté et le pratique des lieux, ainsi que l'emplacement dans le quartier historique. Parjking très aisé juste en face sur le quai.

Tout aurait été parfait si les murs étaient mieux insonorisés, en effet, la première nuit, j'ai été dérangée par des voisins très bruyants qui, une bonne partie de la soirée, ont cavalé à côté ou au dessus, avec des chaussures bruyantes, bougeant sans cesse des meubles ou objets lourds, allant et venant dans tous les sens. Bref un vrai préjudice auditif. J'ai tapé sur le mur mitoyen pour qu'ils comprennent qu'ils n'étaient pas tout seuls, et aussitôt un homme est sorti dans le couloir, très agressif et hurlant sur le palier. Puis il est rentré chez lui et les bruits on continué sans gène ! Heureusement, la deuxième nuit a été calme, sans doute sont-ils partis. Ouf ! les gens se comportent vraiment comme des malotrus et gênent les autres sans s'en soucier, voire même agressifs. Dommage pour cette location.

Charme, da in einer mittelalterlichen Gasse gelegen. Größte war ausreichend und die Lage sehr zentral.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein (gab nur einen Kochtopf & ein Geschirrhandtuch). Die angegebene Hausnummer ist etwas verwirrend.

Emplacement ideal dans la vieille Ville - la propreté et le bon gout (bravo pour les jolies couleurs et les serviettes de quality) - il ne manquait rien pour un comfort optimal - les arrangements à la carte. Les reponses rapides aux demandes. Un grand merci.

Appartement entièrement rénové et très spacieux.

Le couloir des communs qui sentait le moisi,les escaliers pas adaptés a des personnes âgées et pas de rampe compte tenu de la forte pente.Les fenêtre s qui présentent un problème d,ouverture.La vue sur la ruelle très sombre.Surtout pas de chauffage d, appoint pour prendre la douche, apparemment très frais le matin.Le lavabo un problème d, écoulement de l,eau . Conclusion appartement convient parfaitement pour un jeune couple uniquement.m
