Très bel appartement au pied du port l'Albâtre

appartement bien situé et confortable, nous avons pu nous garer facilement,

appartement ancien donc on entend bien les voisins

Appartement agréable, a notre disposition nous avons eu de tout. Tablette lave vaisselle, produits vaisselle,…

L’entrée qui n’est pas à ce quoi on pourrait s’attendre. Sûrement une ancienne entrée de service de l’hôtel. L’insonorisation

The apartment is very modern and has a lot of space. It’s a great mix with the furnishing and and old house. I liked the possibility to cook my own meals and eat them on the patio. The location makes it possible to reach everything in town within 5-10min, perfect!

As mentioned before by other guest the apartment isn’t very sound proof. I guess it comes with the building. You hear a lot of the foot steps from the apartment one floor above and sometimes even the snoring from next doors which I didn’t mind. Being in France I think you have to deal with people being able to smoke in a lot of places. Since the patio is one of them and a lot of the windows from the apartment face it sometimes the smoke will come into the flat which I found a bit annoying as a non smoker.

L'emplacement géographique est bien. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous n'avons pas fait de cuisine dans l'appartement donc je ne peux pas juger. L'appartement était propre. Le parking gratuit un peu plus loin.

Des travaux devant l'appartement l'accessibilité de l'appartement. Il n'y a pas de vue. Seuls des murs sont visibles depuis les fenêtres. L'isolation phonique est inexistante par rapport aux autres appartements. Les pas des gens du dessus , dans l'escalier... La housse de couette en piteux état.
