We had a most enjoyable visit.

Nothing really, but the coffee machine took an absolute age to brew the coffee which was a bit frustrating.

We left the accommodation “EARLY” this was due to the unacceptable condition and building works being carried out next door The house itself was in a terrible condition, very strong smell of damp, dangerous electrical sockets an induction hob directly next to a sink, rusting appliances The shower room was disgusting with rotten wood flacking from one of the walls The so say view of the harbour was totally obscured by the scaffolding and builders van which arrived at 0730 The beds were very soft and uncomfortable having no support and subsequently sleeping on the hard bed base

Quaint but cold!

This was a lovely old property, right in the heart of St Valery. The master bedroom was especially attractive with a harbour view. Caroline was very nice and helpful but she couldn't do much about the freezing temperatures outside and in the house. The small living room radiator was no match for the cold weather and the cold upward pull of the open stairwell leading from living room, which went up 2 floors. It was cold throughout our stay.

I have already mentioned the cold, which meant you couldn't relax inside. The bathroom relied on a small fan heater, which was put on when the bathroom was in use as the heated towel rail was broken. We liked Caroline a lot but this house really doesn't cope with cold weather. And the weekend we were there was exceptionally cold! I imagine this is a house which would be delightful in warmer weather. It really wouldn't be suitable for for people with mobility difficulties.

This was our second visit here and we absolutely love the location. The house is well equipped.

I would suggest investing in a newer mattresses and addressing the discoloration in the shower.

Petite pause dépaysante sur la côte normande

Très bon emplacement, proche de tout à pied. Belle vue sur le port. Jolie déco, dépaysement "maison de vacances ". Propriétaire disponible et serviable.

Chauffage peu performant au rez-de-chaussée.

Rideaux dans la chambre du 2ème étage n’est pas occultant et le rideau de la salle de bains pourrait être plus large. Avons dû chercher le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes placés dans des placards, donc pas visibles à 1ère vue.

Séjour génial dans une très belle petite maison ou tout est fonctionnel.

L'emplacement de la maison face au port de St Valéry en Caux et son style "ancienne maison normande".

Le rez de chassée est peut être mal isolé (difficulté pour garder la chaleur).

Nous avons apprécié Saint Valery en Caux mais avons été déçus par le logement.

La situation: sur le port de plaisance, près du centre ville, proximité de la plage.

La fonctionnalité: le micro-ondes à 1,80m du sol, la porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, un trou dans le plancher devant le réfrigirateur. En fait, il faudrait optimiser autrement l'espace. Cette location peut convenir pour des séjours d'un week-end mais pas au delà.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten, erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wirklich schön dekoriert. Das Internet hat gut funktioniert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Yachthafen gibt immer wieder interessante Ausblicke. Kleinere Einkäufe kann man zu Fuß erledigen.

Agréable séjour avec belle vue

Localisation top, très cosy et bien décoré. Super sympa, toutes les fenêtres donnent directement sur le port. Toutes les commodités à proximité : marché le vendredi matin / boulangerie / chocolatier à 3 minutes à pieds, la plage à 8 min à pieds, carrefour express à 5 min à pieds. Petits soucis mais la propriétaire a été très réactive. Mes petits choux ont également appréciés.

Cuisine vraiment très petite, c’est plutôt une kitchenette et appréciable d’avoir un lave vaisselle. On a dîné une fois au gîte sans problème : plateau de fruits de mer avec petite salade, ça va quand c’est sans cuisson. Il y a plein de resto aux environs, à prix corrects. Très bien la crêperie.

Maison Dégueulasse et sale

Maison bien situé , charme de l 'ancien à l extérieur car à l intérieur. Décoration avec beaucoup de bibelots et gros meubles alors qu il n y a pas beaucoup de place. Mal agencé, mal organisé. Maison en centre ville ce qui est très appréciable. Malgré tout le prix a la nuit n' est pas en adéquation avec les prestation proposées par cette maison. Maison ancien ne rime pas avec saleté poussière et inconfort.

Saleté et poussière reflète cette maison. Frigo dégueulasse à remplacer. 2 Lit à remplacer également . 1 lit dans la chambre la haut qui est la seule pièce jolie et bien agencé, le matelas est fatigué. Multi prise avec divers appareils machine ect . L électricité est à revoir. Le parquet est salle partout .l aspirateur n'a probablement jamais été passé dans cette maison. J ai ouvert un tirroir sur le palier 1 d' un meuble et il y avait ce que j' ai mis en photos, des espèces de feuilles dégueulasse. Aucun confort. Je suis parti au bout de 2 nuits et ne suis pas rester la 3e nuit. Heureusement que je ne suis pas venu en hiver, je n' ose imaginer la température qu' il fait dans cette maison en hiver ou même au printemps.
