Nice compact residence, ideal for two on a short stay

Nice location, close to village centre, compact, quite well equipped and had most things we needed. Entry requirements and contact was good. Generally well laid out.

Parking outside was limited, first come first saved basis. Shower base could have been cleaned better. A cloth for drying dishes would be useful.

Excellent place to stay.

Everything you would possibly want in the kitchen/diner/lounge. Very clean and modern in a very good location. Able to park very nearby. Close to the shops and coast.

Not much legroom next to the bed. Roadworks prevented us from getting to the house to unload outside the property. Hopefully, this is only temporary.

Gemütliches und ruhiges Häuschen für Zwei!

Eine sehr nette Unterkunft, bestehend aus einer Wohnküche im Erdgeschoß und einem Schlafzimmer und Duschbad/WC im Obergeschoß. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, in der Wohnküche eine ausklappbare Couch. Für zwei Personen ist die Unterkunft ganz gemütlich! Bei mehr Personen sollte man sich sehr mögen, denn der Platz ist mit insgesamt 24 qm doch sehr begrenzt. Die Küche ist gut mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt einen 4-Zonen-Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, großen Kühlschrank, Filterkaffee-Maschine, Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Wie so oft ist aber kein spezielles Mikrowellengeschirr vorhanden! In der Wohnküche befindet sich ein Flachbild-TV und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Staubsauger, Besen etc. und Putzmittel sind vorhanden. Man betritt die Küche direkt durch die Haustür und erreicht das Obergeschoß über eine etwas enge, gewundene Treppe. Die Fenster in allen Räumen lassen sich mit Rollos ausreichend verdunkeln, außerdem gibt es Holz-Fensterläden. Die enge Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr ruhig. Direkt vor dem Haus führt ein kurzer Fußweg mit Stufen hinunter zum Hafen, dort finden sich immer Parkplätze. Geschäfte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand sind mit kurzen Fußwegen erreichbar, ein großer Supermarkt in fünf Autominuten. Das schöne Dorf Veules-les-Roses erreicht man in 12 Minuten, Étretat in 1 Stunde Fahrt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte über WhatsApp, der Schlüssel befindet sich in einer Box mit Zahlenschloss. Alles hat funktioniert und war problemlos! Wir haben uns dort ganz wohlgefühlt!

Es gab nur zwei Handtücher für zwei Personen. Die Einstellung der Elektroheizung ist etwas kompliziert. Der Standort des Hauses ist bei Google-Maps nicht korrekt, man muss "27 Rue des Penitents" eingeben um die Hausnummer 12 zu finden. Ich habe Maison Zen et Mer bei Google-Maps zwischenzeitlich eingefügt und hoffe, Google trägt es korrekt ein!

Nous la recommandons sans aucune réserve ! »

Knus en fijn appartement

Charmant en knus appartement, met sfeervolle living, goed ingerichte keuken, fijne slaapkamer, prima badkamer en zelfs een wasmachine. Goede locatie dichtbij het centrum. Tip: parkeren op Quai du Havre en dan de trappen omhoog naast restaurant La Bascule. Direct naast de trap ligt het appartement.

Accommodatie was heerlijk, kan echt geen opmerkingen bedenken. Omdat alles via mail gaat is het onpersoonlijk en de enige communicatie in het appartement betreft de boetes die je krijgt als er iets kapot gaat of je iets niet opruimt. En daarover kwam ook nog een bericht net voor vertrek. Nu heb ik er begrip voor dat niet alles gasten even zorgvuldig zijn, maar dit gaf een onaangenaam gevoel. Een welkomstbericht met tips van restaurants of activiteiten was ook fijn geweest.

Le logement est sympa, clair et calme, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. Le parking à proximité est également un vrai plus.

Il n’est pas possible de déposer les valises juste devant le logement à cause de la ruelle très étroite, ce qui complique un peu l’arrivée. Quelques fourmis se sont invitées pendant le séjour, ce qui n’était pas idéal. La lunette des toilettes n’était pas très stable, un petit ajustement serait utile.

Bien situé, à côté du port de plaisance et à 5 minutes de centre et de la plage. Bien agencé pour 25 m2.

La chasse de la toilette ne fonctionne pas bien et la planche n est pas bien attachée. Dommage que la télé ne soit pas dans la chambre .L escalier est raide
