Would defly stay again!

Just a really lovely spot. Up into the mountains a few k's from Riva del Garda, in the foothills on edge of small Lake Tenno. Alpine feel. Lovely swimming pool, big relaxing terrace and indoor / outdoor seating, fun banter with the restaurant staff and really good food at sensible prices.

Location wise is great and and staff is pleasant but this needs some serious upgrade and doesn't cost it's money

Best hotel in italy

Best hotel in italy. Amazing location, 1 min walk from amazing lake tenno and amazing view as well. Very big rooms with private balcony, kitchen, clean and big toilet. very good breakfast, tennis court, hotel pool and more. And the staff, the staff was amzing!!!! The best i ever met! We had a problem with are car, and the staff made everything to help us, give us to call and try to help the best that they can! And the most amazing thing was that Alesandro (worker in the hotel) suggest us to take us to verona (!!!!) With his private car on his private time. Thats really save ur trip and we never forget that. In our next time in italy, we coming back for sure! 11/10! Cheers.

Superb

This place is a great escape from crowded cities around Garda Lake. The hotel is next to beautiful small lake that gives opportunity to swim and relax. The property is a bit aged but still in a good condition, rooms are very clean and spacious. The owners running the hotels are extremely kind and helpful.

The property is close to the street, so you need to keep the window close for the night. The windows are soundproof, so when closed the night is really quiet.

Perfect location but the rooms are too hot

Location is gorgeous and fantastic with breakfast and parking available as well as restaurants so you don’t have to drive down the mountain. The beautiful lake is a short walk down a hill.

Too many mosquitoes, wasps and bees to have the doors open in the room to the balconies (no windows) and weather in the high 80s+ with no AC and no fan it made sleeping or being in the rooms unbearable. We ended up having to leave early as none of the adults in our group were able to sleep much due to the heat. (This may be an American complaint, most Europeans don’t seem to mind the lack of AC and will just deal with the bugs and have the doors to outside open).

One-night stay

The lovely lady at reception desk was very nice amd helpful despite us checking in quite late. The rooms are traditional but nice and clean. Great views to the lake from the 3rd floor.

Beds are a bit too soft and there aee no blankets if you need a bit mpre warmth

Way too expensive for what you get. Horrible owners, untrained staff, OLD FOOD WITH ANTS served for breakfast with a misleading owner who sent us to wrong buffet as the other buffet is shared (€) with the restaurant.. staff keeps opening the room door to "check" if people are inside.. Horrible Horrible horrible AVOID this dispointing property.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce w fajnej lokalizacji. Chętnie jeszcze tu kiedyś wrócimy.

Bardzo przyjemny niewielki hotel. Wybraliśmy go głównie ze względu na dobrą cenę i lokalizację, która nas interesowała. Na miejscu okazało się że warunki były świetne. Apartament posiadał dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię, był czysty i wygodny. Zimą dodatkową zaletą był parking w garażu podziemnym. Okolica świetna na spacery, nad jezioro Garda poza sezonem dojeżdżało się w kilkanaście minut. W drugą stronę można było wyskoczyć też na narty do Pinzolo lub na Paganellę, więc mieliśmy trochę wiosny nad jeziorem i trochę zimy w Dolomitach. Bardzo chętnie jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy.

Trochę ciężko było się porozumieć po angielsku, ale ostatecznie udało się wszystko dogadać.
