Emplacement face au lac avec vue imprenable à 2 pas du centre et de la plage, et de toutes les commodités Appartement propre bien équipe avec WiFi lave linge etc
Pas de de drap housse , peu pratique de refaire le lit collé au mur Clic clac et tapis (inutile le tapis ) du salon un peu vintage

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war gut, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber auf den Bildern von Bookings ersichtlich ist. Vom Balkon toller Blick auf den See. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. In 25 Minuten ist das Zentrum der Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
Parkplatzsituation. Parkplatz ist leider nicht garantiert (was in der Beschreibung so nicht deutlich wird) und immer sehr voll. Ist man nicht rechtzeitig, so sind leider alle Parkplätze belegt und man muss auf gebührenpflichtige Stellplätze ausweichen. Das ist ein absoluter Minuspunkt. Vielleicht ist die Situation außerhalb der Saison eine andere.

Excellent properties, very close to the beach and boat rental with gorgeous view of the mountain and the lake. Place is spacious enough for my family (3 y.o baby). The apartement is clean and comfortable. The appliances like microwave, dishwasher, washing machine is relatively new and/or well maintained. There is carrefour not far from the place and there's restaurant nearby. Else, you can rely on UberEATS or similar apps.
Minor point that is beyond everyone control: sometimes the neighbor is smoking so it's a bit annoying to smell the smoke. Fortunately it's not that often.
