The location, close to Annecy and the lake. I liked the chalet design and the great views from the balcony. A good sized apartment. Good instructions and communication from the owner.
Minor things, the furnishings were a bit dated, it would be good if there were locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. Overall not much that I did not like

Entspannte Gegend und ok gelegen für den Spaziergang zum See. Viel Platz.
Sehr hellhörig und vor allem die Gäste im 1. Stock waren nachts sehr laut.

Lo reservamos con poca antelación y quedaban pocas opciones y de los que quedaban nos pareció la mejor opción relación calidad-precio. La ubicación nos gustó mucho. En las afueras, cerca de zona universitaria, pero muy bien comunicado con la ciudad. La casa tiene de todo.
Detalles pequeños. La casa está como eso, una casa. Es como si vivieran allí todos los días. Supone que la casa está muy “cargada” de muebles, libros, decoración, etc. me gustaría explicarme mejor. Ahora estamos en otro sitio en Alemania y es un apartamento Ikea. Para nosotros es más cómodo así. Pero como digo, es un detalle menor y muy subjetivo.
