L’emplacement, la facilité d’accès avec boîte à clef, la propreté, la terrasse, le calme, le contact avec le propriétaire.
La hauteur sous plafond au niveau de la cuisine et salle de bain est inférieur à 1.90m. Et dans la chambre à l’étage c’est encore moins. Et l’escalier est très raide. Il faudrait que ceci soit stipulé dans l’annonce afin que les personnes de grande taille ou les personnes aillants des soucis de santé soient informées.

notre séjour à Annecy-le-Vieux a été parfait! logement très agréable, au calme, avec un extérieur spacieux et charmant, échanges avec l'hôte et arrivée/départ parfaits, proximité du lac, de commerces et de restaurants, proximité de Annecy et sa vieille ville, un stationnement et une bonne boulangerie juste à côté ! Je recommande!

Le logement était top, à 2 minutes d’une boulangerie, très proche des commerces et surtout du lac. Parfait pour un week-end en couple, idéal pour se détendre. La cuisine est très bien équipée ! Je recommande à 100 % !!
Mis à part l’escalier pour accéder à la chambre, le logement est très agréable à vivre pour quelques jours. Mention spéciale à la marche entre la cuisine et la salle à manger : attention aux petits doigts de pied !
