-Good location close to Lake Annecy, mountain hikes and the old town.
-Nice views from the balcony and one of the bedrooms
-Spacious, modern and minimalist apartment
-Above good shops, especially the bakery and the food market
-secure private parking

-no air conditioning
-the apartment wasn’t cleaned after the last rental when we arrived, tired in the evening. I was promised a discount though (after spending some time cleaning it myself), but still not received. Cleaners were sent straight away. It was very clean when we arrived back. They were apologetic. It was a mistake.
-the metal shutter is broken in one of the bedrooms so you can’t see the Mountain View
-it was tricky understanding the check in instructions

Clean, brilliant location, great shops underneath - bakers, delis and chocolatier. Loved lake walks and son loved the slide and jumps into annecy.
Lift and entrance to flat were very basic, but the flat itself and location great
$$$$
