Had a wonderful time condo was clean and comfortable only concern the late check we waited for and 1 hour to get checked in communication was terrible definitely will not be book again with resort vacation properties

Great location. The condo was very nice and easy to get to everything quick. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress, bedding update for both bedrooms. Our trip was a Thanksgiving get away!

1st time visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. This was a excellent location to so many different exciting things to do.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Everything was great until the morning we were heading home and we go down to where we park and my son in law’s truck had been vandalized. They don’t have cameras in the parking area and we’re no help at all. Never staying there again!!
