We enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate. The location is ideal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this condo was very clean, nice and quiet. The only issue was the iron was broken at the top and I had to be careful ironing, other than that no complaints or issues.

The good- location is good, not far off beaten path of things to do and places to eat. The room was overall nice the updates in the master bath were well done and it was clean. Beds were ok. Close to a river, nice scenery. High enough for a good view. Grocery store close by. The bad- They advertised the room with Dollywood passes. That was one of the reasons we chose it. When we sent a message to see how we could get our tickets (after booking) it took numerous days to get a response and the reply we got was that this was no longer available. -BUT- it was listed on the site when we booked the room. I called and spoke with someone who worked at the property and they said they were sorry and they would let corporate know. You think they made accommodations? Nope! The response I got was it should have been taken off the site in January- well guess what it wasn't so to me that's false advertisement. The master bathroom shower had poor water pressure. It also took the water a long time to warm up b/c I guess the water heater must be located on a lower floor? The room is on the 6th floor. It's not the end of the world but definitely an inconvenience unless you like cold water and running around in the shower to get wet. TV's were very snowy and poor signals. Not sure if it was an internet based service but the receiver was hot and felt like it was overheating which I think in turn resulted in a signal that was almost unviewable at times. Mainly this issue was in the master bedroom but other tv's to a lesser degree. It was March madness when we were there and it was not ideal to say the least. Lastly the room had bare minimum of what I call courtesy items. Yeah they had a few towels, not many but bring some if you feel you need more. I have been to many VRBO's and most at least do have courtesy sugar, salt, pepper, blankets. Forget about it here. Yes, I realize it's not their responsibility but it goes a long ways in pleasing people who you want to return.
