We were unable to contact the xplore company to get our free ticket daily. If a service is offered it should be able to be used. The condo was clean, but not perfect. It was on the river but not very accessible to get down to the water. The jacuzzi tub took a long time to fill up and then used all the hot water for 1-2 hours.
