The condo was very clean. The jacuzzi didn’t work. Be cautious about the free tickets associated with the property. We did get a free ticket to Dollywood each day, but not the Titanic.

We’ve stayed at Golf Vista 141 several times. We always love coming here and Kerri is so easy to work with.

The Golf Vista 141 is a very nice unit and is has a very convenient location for everything in the area. We were there during a very slow period and definitely between seasons, this is what made the stay odd for us. There are only 14 units at the location which makes it very nice and definitely less crowded than other stays we have had. It was unusual to feel like we were the only guests there for 2 of the 4 nights of our stay. The unit itself is very nice and has plenty of room for 4-6 guests. We did have some issues that we addressed with the owners (who definitely & graciously asked if they could come and do a thorough inspection and cleaning…. However we took that job on ourselves to clean the unit…. The lack of just simple cleaning & dusting of the unit is what caused a less than 5 star rating. The counters were definitely not wiped down recently, the shower door was not wiped down recently, the jacuzzi tub had definitely not been wiped down recently and mold was very visible, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had not been cleaned off in quite some time. It was not a bad stay at all but not the best either.
