★ THE SPACE ★
This breathtaking 2 bedroom cabin features tons of NATURAL LIGHT from the massive floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s located in a RESORT community near downtown Pigeon Forge, approximately 10 MINUTES TO DOLLYWOOD! You’ll have a great time enjoying the cabin’s 2 ARCADES, a HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, and board games. The cabin does not have a mountain view, but that means you won't need to contend with dangerous and narrow mountain roads. You'll have neighbors in this resort community, however, you'll still feel part of nature with the trees directly behind the cabin.
★ BEDROOMS ★
The cabin has 2 private bedrooms, each with a King size bed. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are also 2 Queen size sleeper sofas in each of the living areas for additional sleeping accommodations. The bedrooms have a hanging TV with Spectrum cable.
★ BATHROOMS ★
The Master bedroom’s attached bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, enclosed toilet room, and a tub shower. The second bathroom is located in the lower level’s living area, and also has a tub with jets.
★ GAME AREA ★
The game area has two arcade cabinets (NBA Jam / Marvel vs Capcom) and a selection of board and card games for your enjoyment. There is also a pool table next to the living area.
★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
A deck is located on the backside of the cabin where you can take in some fresh air. There is a swinging chair and rocking chair to lounge in. There’s also a 4 person hot tub to relax away your worries. In front of the cabin is a 24-inch wide charcoal grill.
★ KITCHEN / DINING ROOM AMENITIES★

★ ABOUT OUR CABIN ★
✓ High Speed WiFi - 400+ Mbps speeds
✓ We provide a starter pack of dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets.
✓ Please consider bringing your own laundry detergent
✓ Our cleaners provide a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Please consider buying more for extended stays.
✓ Depending on the weather, the HVAC unit may not sufficiently cool the upper level because of the high ceilings and large windows. Oscillating fans and an air circulator are provided to help with cooling.
✓ Guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
★ ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS ★
✓ We’re located in a developed resort area surrounded by a mountain range, so cell service may be spotty and you may see bugs or furry critters (including bears!). Due to the the surroundings, if doors are left open, or food is left outside or in your car, it could attract bugs and other animals. Please be careful!
✓ There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no heat/AC and possibly no water. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

✓ No pets. We reserve the right to charge $250 (per pet) and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No smoking/vaping on the premises
✓ No parties allowed in cabin. A $750 fine will be imposed and guests will be escorted off premises
✓ No overnight guests beyond those mentioned in your reservation. Please include your entire group size in your reservation

The cabin was clean, and in a great location. Only complaints I have are communication with the host. I sent multiple messages concerning the guest bathroom tub and sink not draining and never got a response. All showers and teeth brushing had to be done in the master, which was kind of an inconvenience because the master bedroom is an open layout, meaning the sink and shower are open to the bedroom. The only thing I got was what seemed like an automated message regarding check out. The other negative I saw was there was no dish cloths, dish washing rags, or dish soap. We only used a couple of dishes and hated having to run the dishwasher just for that. Besides those things, we had a great stay!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10,7,3,1). Even though we never had to call Jack and Michelle, we felt they were very accessible due to the messages they sent to us during our trip making sure we were comfortable and happy. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. The description of the property was very accurate and our expectations were met. Any questions we did have were answered by reading the listing. Overall, we were very pleased and would revisit. Thank you Jack and Michelle!!

the house was fine, however it was obvious that it was ready for us early, nowever the code was not engaged until 4pm. we had driven for hours, had lunch and was tired but could not enter early because it was not allowed. you should communicate with cleaning crew better.
