About this cabin rental
We have a NEW CLEANING LADY!!!!!
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
This cabin is a LOG cabin built with authentic logs. It is decorated to give a rustic feel. All floors updated with wood. The only carpet is on the stairs. It has 2 master suite bedrooms with king beds (one on the ground level & one in the lower level) along with a loft with a queen bed and pull out queen sofa bed in the living room to sleep eight people and a baby porta-crib. There are LCD/HD TV's in every room. We have Spectrum TV cable and WIFI. The lower level has a pool table, foosball table & arcade video game console with a variety of games. Upstairs in the loft there is a queen size bed and a loveseat and smart TV . There is a hot tub on the back porch and a spa tub in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have a full bath with SHOWER/TUB COMBO .
If you just feel like staying in for the night, then there is a fully-equipped kitchen and charcoal grill available for cooking. There is a view of the larger mountains and at night there is a nice view of some of Pigeon Forge.
We decorate the inside the cabin for Christmas with two 7 ft. tall snowy trees, two 6 ft. alpine pine trees, some smaller trees, garland & bows on the banister going to the loft, snowy & snowy pictures & Christmas decorations. On the outside we have garlands & red bows on the porch railings, wreaths on the windows and by the entrance door.
This cabin is in a great location. Even though you feel like your in the middle of the mountains away from everything, your actually not. There is no need to worry about driving several miles around winding roads just to get into town. THIS CABIN IS ONE HALF MILE FROM THE PARKWAY easy to get year round. NO sharp curves on the side of a mountain. If it snows the city scrap's the snow off the streets. It is on a small mountain with larger mountains around it.
This cabin is located a few minutes from attractions such as three miles to Dollywood and Splash Country two & half miles to Leconte convention center, a half mile to Dolly's Stampede, near shopping outlets, near lots of great restaurants, two & one half miles to Cal Ripken Baseball Complex, Wear Valley Farm City Park (with softball, football, soccer, baseball fields and two play grounds) and many others things in the Pigeon Forge area.
The Pigeon Forge Community Center is 3.3 miles from our cabins. For eight dollars a day per person it includes Aquatic Center (indoor & outdoor pools) a 25 yard , 6 lane pool, shallow water baby pool, 3 basket ball courts, a racque ball court, a walley ball court and a tenth of a mile walking track. It is open M-F 6AM - 9PM, Sat. 8AM -6PM & Sun. 1PM - 6PM.
This cabin is in a very CONVENIENT location. Gatlinburg is also just a short drive away.

The size of the cabin was perfect for us. We only had a few issues. There was only one good pool stick to play pool and the video came console didn’t work. The only other real issue we had was whoever has the pool behind the house we’re out until midnight with kids making lots of nose every night we were there. Not sure if it’s a house or complex but maybe see if they can have some rules for quiet hour swimming after 11. We know that it’s not y’all’s fault and don’t blame you but we thought you should know that was going on. We did enjoy our stay and glad we found this cabin. It was so convenient to everything we had planned as well!

My daughters and I loved our summer stay! Arrival was as smooth as it gets, even got them on the wifi with ease. The cabin provided the atmosphere of being in the forest, but with the perfect location of everything being nearby. So close to everything and even Dollywood. My next trip to the Smoky Mtns I'll definitely be looking for availability here first. Communication was exceptional, fast response time, and SO friendly! The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchenware you'll need for an enjoyable stay as well as morning coffee options. We stayed in and cooked often due to my daughter's food allergies and had no issues, oven great, pots/pans great, utensils great. It's all there! You can tell that they have thought through everything so their guests have an enjoyable stay. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. We loved the rockers on the porch, the view from the porch, the pool table, hot tub, and gaming system (on/off button on the left side). The walls and ceilings all have the cabin look, loved it! There's even table and chairs on the porch for meals or relaxing outside. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us so everyone could have their alone time to unwind after a day of exploring and having fun. There are ceiling fans and TVs in all the bedrooms rooms as well as extra blankets. The cabin was very clean! I highly recommend, you'll love it here!

My wife and I with our kids rented this cabin about 5 times in the past (2009-2015), & rented Bear's Family a couple of times. They was newer back then. Not a lot changed, which is a bummer. Use to be a clear view of the mountains from back decks. Having some of the tree limbs cut would help. Both beds are sinking in the center. The foundation needs some attention, as the center of cabin is noticeably sinking. The master Jacuzzi, the front jets are underwater, but the back ones are about 2 inches above the water line. When multiple people are using the shower, it's hard to fill above all jets without running out of hot water. The water pressure was low. When we arrived the cleaner was still there. The floors needed mopping and hot tub smelled and was cloudy. Alison, the property manager came next morning and cleaned the hot tub. The only downside, too many clorine tablets, caused foaming/bubbles when jets were turned on. The blankets smelled, but we brought our own sheets/blankets (something we always do). Owner is amazing lady that care about her renters. Hard to control when she is not physically near her cabins. I don't blame her for the cleaning part. Updating the pool table accessories, the arcade and the foundation are things she can fix. Also, cameras are not disclosed in description. 4 cameras are on porch. My wife stated great communication with owner and property manager. Wife didn't want to post review, as she adores the owner, but I had to give honest review.
