I'm never coming back!

The rooms were nice, but there was no heating, and it's very cold!

Terrible staff! They don't pay attention, they don't answer, they didn't come to change the towels, they have no respect for the guests!! I hated it.

Great for 1 night for independent people!

The check-in is completely contactless, there is parking right in front of ones own door, the room is spacious. Close to the hotel is the spa, where there is the bus stop to ride into the city.

The floor in the whole bathroom was slippery after taking a shower, and the door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close (barndoors). But that’s absolutely okay! Nothing to change!

Access to cooking facilities as well as the fundamentals e.g. bed, shower, etc.

WiFi didn’t work for one of the evenings for some reason, would also be good to have a few more cooking utensils.

It was definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

The location of this hotel and a full size fridge was the only good things about this place.

It was only one person cleaning the rooms. It took him all day to clean the rooms. The doors were propped open until he got to that room. There were roaches in the room i was in. I had to book another hotel because i felt so uncomfortable and i wasn’t even there for a long time. There were no screens on the windows so anything could fly in or crawl in if you had your window open. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot. Some things didn’t look fully clean. I wish i took more pictures but i will never book any hotel from WMM Hotels again

Spacious room with small kitchen and all needed to prepare your own food. Also great with a fridge.

The booking experience was terrible for a first timer. I booked 2 rooms, but only got details for one, so had to call to get the missing details. There was a long wait on the line and then when finally getting through, I was asked to hang up and call again later.

We had to the change the linen and the towels ourselves! Thx god we gad fresh bedding and towels! Not like our neighbors! Even the last business was still in the toilet! I have been to a lot of hotels all over the globe but never had such an experience! Even in the African bush the rooms were cleaned! And on top of it, no chance to get in contact with anyone!

Absolutely great if you don't need Wi-Fi.

I'm a regular and the place is great, especially for the price. Nice kitchenet with utensils and cookware, large American style fridge, contactless and easy registration and check-in process. Overall a really great stay if you're just passing through.

The only problem at with this location, as a lot of people have already stated, the Wi-Fi is 4rd worldly. They shouldn't even say they have Wi-Fi honestly. Expect it only to support very limited emailing with constant disconnects. Tested the connection a couple different stays and it's dropping packets non-stop. The most important part is it has been this way ever since this establishment opened. So, they have no intention of ever fixing it as most people are only there for very short stays. If you depend on having Wi-Fi for your stay this is not the place for you.

Good Enough For One Night

It is a fairly new build with free parking, a modern set up, a fairly clean and modern bathroom with a large shower and large refrigerator -- which is a rare find in a lot of hotel. Their is a small kitchen set-up to cook in, and plenty of closet space.

Probably on me, but should have checked prior to as there is no check in counter or any staff on site and it's all done via keyless entry codes -- so if you have a problem, you're basically on your own. The location is in a fairly new business park development area with absolutely no amenenties within walking distance. A lot of the furniture was fairly chipped (desk, bathroom counter), not so bothersome, just could use some touching up a the wifi was fairly weak. The shower was great, but having a nearly elongated window right next to the shower head is a new one to me, but it's easy to talk to other guests through that window when your showering.

Perfect for a solo work trip!

Great value, and close to the public transportation to get around the city. Helpful staff.

The rooms were clean, and new. The check out process was very easy. I liked that breakfast in the hotel was an option. Food delivery right to the rooms was an added bonus too.

Our second room had to be on a different floor, due to the bed set-up. Worked ok for teenagers, but if we had little kids, it would have been more difficult. THe check in process was a bit long, but no actual issues.

Bring your own toilet paper; don't count on using the internet

The hotel is a good deal for the price. We had to call the support number to move our room to the ground floor because we were staying there post-surgery and our apartment building elevator was out. The person on the phone spoke English well and was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeper on duty that day (Feb 2) responded promptly and got our new room ready quickly. Other things we liked: The shower was very nice and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. Also, the refrigerator was good to have.

BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER. We were okay that housekkeping was once a week--it was part of the deal for the low price. However, the housekeepers were not good (except the first one on February 2). On two other days, the room was cleaned but on both occasions no toilet paper was left, and we had to go buy our own. We asked one of the housekeepers to give us some (on the day after the first cleaning) but we came back to find she had not done so (and also did not replace the empty soap dispenser we mentioned). Also, two of three trash cans were left full, and no dishtowel was left at the sink. Other things we did not like: The barn-style door on the bathroom did not give the kind of privacy we prefer. The internet was so slow that most of the time it was not usable--I tried running a speed test on it and the test could not run because it could not make a connection in a reasonable amount of time.
