Great acommodation and cost benefit. Was great to have good space in Tokyo and location is great, with nearby public transport and nice restaurants.

Fun to stay. Grandchildren loved it. The landlord is contactable and he was very helpful.

It was difficult to find the property for the first time.

We love that the accommodation is so near Daitabashi station which is accessible everywhere! One train ride away to Shinjuku and other nearby towns and attractions (e.g. Gotokuji Temple, etc.) The house itself is complete - has iron, water kettle, microwave, washing machine, clothes hanger, heater/AC, etc. Host provides fresh towels and toilet paper for use too! Lawsons, Keio Mart, 7/11, and Family Mart are nearby. There's a cafe round the block and some bars. It was such a safe, peaceful and serene neighborhood! Did'nt matter that we weren't smack in the middle of shinjuku or asakusa because the neighborhood was just so lovely. We'd love to come back again next time...

We were unsure whether the bed linens and floor mattresses were fresh. They also lacked pillows. We were not sure if it's a japanese thing not to have pillows though. Also, we wish the bottom floor toilet also had heated seat and bidet -- 'cause only the one upstairs has. Internet connection was intermittent as well so we mostly were reliant on our e-Sims for internet. Dining seats and table were wobbly, so I gues that needed replacement. All other things considered, it was indeed a WONDERFUL STAY!
