Location is very convenient and close to train stations. There’s so many shops and restaurants and convenience stores are nearby too
The room is a bit small for 2 beds good enough for Japan standard

Very clean, great location and communication
It was on the third floor and that wasn’t clear in booking so was difficult with bag bags. Also there is nowhere to hang towels. And the bedroom and beds are an odd size but was comfortable in the end.

Great location literally just minutes from the station and therefore in the heart of Shimo-kitazawa. Apartment was quiet, safe and easy to check in.
Bed position just doesn’t work. We were just two people and can’t imagine how you could get four in this space without literally climbing on top of each other to get in and out of bed. Shower pressure was pretty bad. No iron and apartment was pretty dusty. Needs a good clean.
