Very clean, great location and communication

It was on the third floor and that wasn’t clear in booking so was difficult with bag bags. Also there is nowhere to hang towels. And the bedroom and beds are an odd size but was comfortable in the end.

The location of this accommodation is superb - Shimokitazawa is such a gorgeous, fun and cool neighbourhood. So many convenience stores, eateries, ramen, so many shops, just a really great vibe to it. This apartment is a 3 min walk from the train and couldn't be better located for exploring Tokyo, 10 mins to Shibuya, 15 to Shinjuku. The space is absolutely fine for a family of 4 - sharing a bedroom isn't ideal but was fine! The beds are comfy.

The directions that they give you to find the property use photos that are actually outdated and so no longer correct. So we got a bit lost finding it, quite late at night, which was worrying - actually we were literally 3 mins from the station but we went all the way around the houses and got lost as the directions were not right. If you come out the west exit of Shimokitazawa, it's literally 30 seconds from that exit. So the directions should be updated to reflect that and to change the pictures which are no longer up to date as there has been renovation/building work outside the front of the station.

Probably doesn’t need the second double bed (just rent it to couples) and have some more space in the bedoorm

Great location literally just minutes from the station and therefore in the heart of Shimo-kitazawa. Apartment was quiet, safe and easy to check in.

Bed position just doesn’t work. We were just two people and can’t imagine how you could get four in this space without literally climbing on top of each other to get in and out of bed. Shower pressure was pretty bad. No iron and apartment was pretty dusty. Needs a good clean.
