Very pleasant and relaxing holiday

Friendly and helpful hosts. Room with new and modern furniture and quite cosy and spacious. Private mini kitchen in the room has mini fridge and small cooking stove, few plates and glasses. Good air condition system and terrace doors have mosquito nets. Good parking space. The beach is located about 7 minutes by foot through small path that goes from the property. I suggest to visit other sections of the beach (Dolnicium and Copacobana if you like to have good music and atmosphere) and fish restaurants at Ada Bojana. Also Ulcinj old town is must see.

Superb

Modern apartment, nice and convinient for stay. Very friendly host. Beach and resturants are in about 5 minutes of walk. Use of car is recommended as there is no public transportation around.

There could be more kitchen appliences.

Great owners who will help you in any case you require, great location far away from crowds, close to the beach just a few steps from the cleanest and the best beach called Pearl Beach in the area in our opinion. You can pick different fruits right from the tree in Casa Nita. Close to the Casa Nita you will find restaurants with fine food. Big and nice apartment.

Why staying long cleaning of bathroom is required more frequently, after one week of our stay aircondition timer to switch it on before our coming back from the beach didn't work. On the neighbours premises there was a dog which was barking all our stay becauce in our opinion he didn't receive a proper care.

Modern interior appartment in walking distance to Velika Plaza

Friendly and helpful hosts, that made my stay comfortable and relaxed. Room beautifully furnished and cosy. Spacious for 2 persons or couple with kid. Good quality of linens and soft towels. Private mini kitchen in the room has mini fridge and small cooking stove, few plates and glasses. Furniture is modern. Good air condition system. Terrace doors have mosquito nets. Quite surroundings for peacefull sleep. Private territory has good parking space. Till the beach there is a path through forest about 10 minutes walking. But i suggest to take car or bycicle and drive to kite surfers beaches, like Copacobana and further Ada Bojana direction - less crowded, cleaner and softer sand.

Small choice of kitchen cooking utensils. No bathroom utensils.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, easy to communicate in English even on WhatsApp, large and clean apartments, free wi-fi, walking distance to Pearl Beach and two restaurants nearby. We recommend, I hope to see you again next summer!

Summer Vacation

It was a real joy and a good resting place. It was very clean and the host ware really friendly. It was quiet surrounded with nature, the beaches are close. It had a lot of space!

Hosts were super nice, and the place was exactly like from the pictures. There is tons of natural shade, plenty of parking space and the beach was on a short 5 minute walk. There is a joint kitchen downstairs, so if you prefer to leave the food smell out of the apartment you could use that one. Plenty of tables downstairs, one just outside of the apt and then the one on the balcony. I was working during my stay and the internet speed was sufficient, bit higher ping during the day but as I work night shifts it was ok. Would recommend and will be back next year.

Čierna hora

Veľmi pekné a naozaj čisté ubytovanie, veľmi príjemný a ochotný majitelia, poradili a pomohli , všetko fungovalo ako má. Vždy sa pýtali, či niečo nepotrebujeme. Mali sme 2 apartmány. V prvom bola v obidvoch izbách klimatizáciu a taktiež malé terasy. V druhom bola klimatizácia v spálni a obrovska pekná terasa. Piesková pláž s pozvoľným vstupom do mora, skvelá pre deti, bola asi 5 min po rovnej cestíčku cez lesík, kde sme skoro každý deň videli korytnačky. Veľká výhoda je blízkosť pláže, nakoľko večer bývali zápchy na ceste smerom do Ulcinu. Podľa mňa, ak pôjdeme k moru do Čiernej hory, určite sa sem vrátime. Ďakujeme...❤️

V druhom apartmáne bola klimatizácia iba v spálni. Ale cez otvorené dvere sa to dalo v pohode vychladiť.

Super lokalizacja z dużym parkingiem. Wokół domu dużo zieleni i miejsca do chillout'u.

Gospodarze bardzo mili i uprzejmi. Lokalizacja dość blisko plaży, spacerem około 15 min. Przy domu pod cieniem z pnącego się kiwi, znajduje się kilka stolików z krzesłami gdzie można odpocząć na świeżym powietrzu.
