It was wonderful stay.

Very friendly host, check-in was very easy, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety

To get to the sea you need to cross the road, which is not very convenient, but the beach is wonderful, wide, with black sand.

The accomodation was new, very clean, comfortable. It is located a bit away from the village, and therefore peacefull and in the middle of green. A short walk from the sandy beach. It is probably crowded in the summer, but it was ok in the beginning of June.

Unfriendly, uncommunicative staff. We did not feel very wellcome. It seemed as they were not expecting us and were a bit surprised when we arrived, even though we made a reservation. Next morning at breakfast they did not communicate with us and we helped ourselves as we knew how. They did not offer us coffe or tea and we thought they were not available, but later saw, that other guests got the coffe from the bar.

Absolutely everything. It looks way better than in pics. A grear getaway place with a super friendly host and staff. The studio was comfy and clean. Extra towels, bed linens changed regularly, all amenities included, a great patio and the overall outside area etc... Definitely coming back again.

We had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast, although the same every day, it was good, donuts were delicious. Great location, very close to the beach. Nice administrator, very responsive to messages. Large parking space. Change of towels every day.

When we booked we were under the impression that there is a kitchenette in the apartment, it would have been nice to have at least a shared kitchen. Breakfast was the same every day, some variety would have been more appreciated, much needed when your kid is very picky. Not many things for children in the courtyard, except the trampoline.

Amazing experience!

I like absolutely everything about this place! Service is amazing, it's comfy, 3 minutes walk to the beach, delicious breakfast, incredibly clean housekeeping - truly amazing experience! Perfect for families and for couples. You can't go wrong with this one!

What I didn't like wasn't connected directly to the accomodation - Pearl Beach which is literally accross the resort is by far the worst beach on entire Long Beach. Expect loud and trash music even in late evening hours. Owner of resort should talk to them a bit regarding their volume.

Bili smo u Ulcinju bar 15 puta, ali je ovo do sada najbolji smještaj koji smo imali. Preljubazno osoblje, odličan apartman bez ijedne primjedbe, odličan doručak, sve za 10. Higijena je zaista na zavidnom nivou, sve je čisto, uredno, sve se održava do najmanjeg detalja. Peškiri se mjenjaju na dnevnoj bazi, apartman posprema, zaista jedan nivo visoko rangiranog hotela. Lokacija apartmana je također odlična. Za 5 do 10 minuta šetnje dodje se do plaže, 5 do 10 minuta autom do centra grada. Blizu su pekare, prodavnice svježeg voca i povrća, kao i supermarketi. Sve u svemu, ovo je jedna zasluženena najviša ocjena.

Imamo primjedbe, ali nisu vezane za smještaj pa ih ovdje nećemo ni navoditi.

Everything about the apartment was far above our expectations. It's in a forest-like quite place, just 3-4 minutes away walking from the closest beach and connected to lots of other beaches with nice restaurants within 5 minutes driving through a low traffic side road. Fresh breakfast with enough options for everyone. Definitely worth the money!
