Calm good place for relax not far from the beach

Good location. Not so far from the Grand beach (Velika Plaja) in Ulcin. But it was hot so we used a car to reach a beach. There are many beaches nearby. All are clean and comfortable. Shops and good restaurant are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Comfortable bed and rather good shower. The host stays in the same house so he answers all our request very quickly. We had a problem with shower in one room and with air-condition in another and the host fixed everything in one day. Very calm district. Just for relax. If you want a nightlife you should take a car a go somewhere

Lack of kitchen facilities in small rooms. Cloth washing is 5 Euro and you should give your cloth to the host. In case of rain the balconies are full of water

You can tell he puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and well-maintained, from the garden to the hallways, and especially the room, which smelled amazing and was spotless down to the smallest detail. He also gave us great recommendations for food and beaches.

Nice stay in Ulcinj

It was a pleasant stay for us in Ulcinj, the location is quiet and peaceful, the hosts were always helpful and friendly and we had mostly everything we needed. I appreciated the room with modern furniture, the air conditioning, the pressure of the water in the shower, the kitchen which allowed us to cook breakfast. The location is not very close to the beach (Safari Beach, in our case) and I would not recommend walking, because of the crowded and dusty road, but going by car is ok, especially because the parking lot from the beach is huge and we always found a spot for parking.

There are parking places at the site! Bed was very comfy. The room is not very big, but it managed to fulfill all our needs. Mehmet is a cool and easy going guy. He will help if you need anythig. Highly recommended!

The room in which we stayed in really exceeded our expectations...It is better than on the photos! It was also perfectly clean when we arrived. Bed was high quality and super comfy. Every room has a very spacious balcony with adjustable mosquito net over balcony door... The host is super friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even better. Parking is also available in front of the building. Definately 10/10 especially for this price... We will definately come back! 😀

the house is clean, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and helpful.

Overall very nice stay, we felt like we are at home, would recommend to everyone.

Mainly the hosts, they were very pleasant, we felt like they are our family. We stayed there with 1 year old baby, he was crying couple of evenings and everyone were super friendly and didn't mind it at all. We would recommend it to everyone!

We had a very great stay at this place. Meto and his wife are heartwarming and we enjoyed every single moment. The beach close to reach is very crowdy and "touristic" but Meto gave us an advise for some quiet spots. We highly recommend for everyone- the tourists and the "tourist-avoiders!" ;)

The apartmant is amazing, as on the pictures. It is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The location is great, near the beach. Around the apartment, there is a market, a bakery, and a restaurant. The host is very polite and responsive! We enjoyed our stay there!

The property is in an excellent location, and there is a large beach nearby. Room is very clean and nicely decorated. The property has parking and a nice garden! Sve preporuke za MD apartmane, ispunili su sva nasa ocekivanja. Domacini su bili veoma ljubazni i gostoprimljivi. Okruzenje je mirno i prijatno, tako da je odmor zagarantovan. Blizina marketa i svih bitnih sadrzaja nam je veoma olaksalo boravak. Sam apartman je kao sa fotografija, sve je bilo cisto, uredno i udobno. Od nas , iskrene preporuke.

Spędziłyśmy z córką fantastyczny czas w apartamencie MD. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, czysto, przytulnie, z wygodnym łóżkiem i pełnym wyposażeniem, które w zupełności wystarczało na wakacyjny pobyt. Ogromne wrażenie zrobiła na mnie życzliwość właściciela – Meto. Już od początku wykazał się ogromną pomocą, odbierając nas późnym wieczorem z dworca autobusowego, co było dla nas ogromnym ułatwieniem. Przez cały pobyt był dostępny, chętnie doradzał i dzielił się sprawdzonymi rekomendacjami co do jedzenia i plażowania. Okolica apartamentu to spokojna część Dolnego Stoju, która sprzyjała relaksowi i odpoczynkowi. Polecam to miejsce i mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy!

sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Kleinere Supermärkte und Bäcker sind direkt vor Ort. Gute Lage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. TOP!
