Very good conditions overall, this was our 4th visit to Ulcinj and this was our best experience so far. New and modern houses, big garden in front, very private, not much interraction with other guests or owners. The host is very responsive if you need something, otherwise he won't disturb you. Location very good, max 10 minutes walk to pearl beach and 5 minutes walk to store, grill bar, fast food and two fine restaurants with good food and decent prices. We highly recommend. We will certainy come back.
