The best days are gone, but friendly stuff

the staff is quite friendly and is interested to support you in case you need them. the pool is quite nice, also the playground and the parking lot. the bed was really good.

the best days off Perla Luxury are gone already. the air condition in room 101 is not working properly. even when we switched it off it was heating and cooling with a heavy fan the whole night and we were not able to sleep. the control was saying SOS. we asked the staff to get it fixed, but we haven’t felt that this will be fixed during our stay, so we asked to change the room, which was possible after a while as there were not many guests available. in the new apartment in one bedroom the emergency lights were flushing the whole night and we were forced to use tape to get it dark. in addition the room was not cleaned properly and we have found an empty Red Bull can in the cupboard. during checkout we were asked to pay it, even if we haven’t drunk it. the mosquito net was not working, the door is stuck. breakfast is okay, but not special. the complimentary shower gel has a “best before date” which was in 2019, we don’t care, but this is strange. the beach with free beach beds is 4km away. in total too many things which are not luxury as expected!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It was not crowded, in a quiet area and with a lovely pool, not to mention the amazing staff. We highly recommend this hotel for families, but not only.

Really nice apartment. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Spacious. Great Wi-Fi. Lovely pool. Apartment cleaned daily/bed clothes changed. Breakfast really good. Beach a c.10min drive away but lovely beach.

Two things which felt very odd and really out of date (understand this was not the fault of the staff) 1) Passports are retained for the duration of your stay. Haven’t encountered this for years - and no other accommodation we stayed in during our c.3 weeks holiday throughout Montenegro/Albania/Croatia required this (easy to photocopy if needed). It’s illegal to retain passports right? 2) We were required to pay a €200 deposit via visa on check in - and were informed that it would only be returned 8-14 days after our departure. Again, v odd and outdated. Since when do you have to pay a deposit at accommodation, not to mind ‘5-star’ accommodation? Unsure if this deposit is targeted at families with young children, or everyone. Also, no mention of deposit prior to checkin/when booking etc

Lovely staff, Elvedina, Albiona and Mirsada made our 4 nights stay fantastic. They were really friendly and helpful in all of the queries that we had. Room was spotless, floor is so clean you can walk around in just white socks, thank you Mirsada. Lobby looks great for hanging out, modern look. The pool is fantastic, nice depth and nice scenery around it, also has a small playground for smaller kids to play in. Breakfast is the usual hotel breakfast, nothing too fancy there. Parking is hidden behind the building and not visible from street, gives more sense of security to anyone traveling with a more expensive vehicle.

There isn't much that would make your stay ruined or that you wouldn't like. Balcony on the ground level might feel a bit unsafe to some travelers, for an example you will miss out on some stuff like, you cant air our your room while youre eating breakfast as anyone can walk in from the street (balcony fence has glass panel that does not connect with concrete wall which leaves space for somone to walk in (more like squeeze in) from the street), Just room 101 which is next to hotel gate. But if you dont care abou this minor thing, there's nothing else.

Nice accomodation, walking distance to the beach. It was out of season but at the Miami beach we asked for decks (no any at the beach), and they go somewhere, get chairs and prepared everything in 5 minutes. Very tasty lunch with reasonable prices. Staff at the hotel very polite and responsive. Room was ready so they allow us to check in at 11h!!! Breakfast very tasty, esspecially strawberries!

Clean and comfortable room but definitely not five star

The hosts were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They provided an iron when asked and extra towels as well as medicine when my husband has a headache. It was my birthday and they accommodated with welcome drinks and a cake. This was a nice gesture.

This property has been listed as five star, it’s definitely not five star. It’s clean and comfortable but at most it is a three star. There was no Porter available to pick our luggage, there was no concierge, the soap in the bathroom was expired, the breakfast selection was limited and they seemed understaffed.

Perla Luxury has outstanding staff. Absolutely every person we interacted with was extremely courteous and eager to help in any way possible. The interior design and style of the apartment and the facility as a whole is quite nice. Way above the local standard. They provided a free pass for an umbrella and lounges at a nearby and excellent beach.

While the breakfast staff were very kind, the quality of the breakfast goods was poor, basically store bought cold cuts and cheese and canned olives. With delicious locally produced prosciutto, cheeses and olives readily and cheaply available it seemed odd. The coffee served was Nescafe

Die Zimmer waren total sauber. Wer albanisches Frühstück mag, wird es dort lieben. Klein aber sehr fein und super frisch! Das Personal sehr freundlich und mega zuvorkommend. Würde definitiv immer wieder buchen.

Вежливый персонал, бассейн и сауна были полностью в нашем распоряжении. В отеле кажется пять номеров, было спокойно.

Пишут, что пляж в 400 м от отеля. Да, но это не пляж отеля! И тогда надо брать платные жезлонги. !! До пляжа отеля надо ехать на машине или идти пешком по дороге. Это вообще неудобно.

Ein sehr feines Hotel, das wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Das großzügige Zimmer war super schön eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Der Pool ist ein erholsamer Ruhepool. Das Hotel hat 6 Zimmer , das führt zu sehr erholsamen Urlaubstagen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Restaurant MIRI gegenüber haben wir sehr lecker gegessen.

Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen, das Frühstück war sehr lecker . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Bis zum Strand waren es mit dem Auto auch nur 5 min was wir ok fanden .
