The location was perfect in the centre of Middleton in Teesdale, off the green with plenty of parking in the adjoining car park. Breakfast was cooked fresh with plenty of choice. Lovely hosts, comfy, clean, great shower, peaceful, good dark window coverings too.

Good location. Lovely clean room decorated to a high standard with a homely feel. Lovely view from window. Friendly hosts and served with an excellent breakfast. Recommended.
