This is a decent property let down by a mediocre property manager, Del Mar. 9 am checkout paired with a 4 pm check in is outrageous - a three day booking feels like one day. The home didn’t feel lived in. The appliances and cookery were poor. The landscaping was nonexistent and the lawn and garden beds were overrun with weeks.
On the plus side, this was a great location close to the beach and the bedrooms are nice, with decent beds.
