NEW ENGLAND’S PLAYGROUND AWAITS...
Enjoy the natural beauty and unique experiences the Outer Cape has to offer. Take in the sandy beaches during the day, exceptional local restaurants in the evening, and relax in our completely renovated home at night. This retreat will be your home while you explore Cape Cod and the natural beauty it has to offer.
WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE GET AWAY!
~ Wake up in the morning, put on a pot of coffee, and relax in the sunroom while warm sunlight pours through the giant picture windows. Breakfast on the patio on those warm summer mornings never disappoints.
~ When ready, help yourself to the complimentary beach chairs and toys and stroll down a quiet street to South Sunken Meadow beach, just 7/10 of a mile away. There is a wagon to cart your items or simply grab a towel and hop on one of the two bicycles we offer.
~ After a day frolicking in the waves, wash away the sand between your toes in the large outside shower or one of our two bathrooms (one upstairs / one downstairs).
- Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare gourmet meals with local ingredients. There’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the feast at the dinner table with seating for eight in either the dining room or outside on the patio.
- Finally, end the evening with a glass of wine and take the chill off a cool night by curling up in the living room next to the gas log fireplace. Or, kick back under a blanket of Cape Cod stars while roasting s'mores over the outdoor fire pit.
- This home is perfectly suited for the days you feel like "hanging inside.” You can challenge your friends/family to a ping pong tournament, cozy-up with a good book in the sun-drenched family room, kick back and watch a movie or sports game on the 55” Smart HDTV, try your hand at a puzzle or engage in family game day/night around the dining room table. There are plenty of games, books and jigsaw puzzles to choose from.
- Eastham and the surrounding towns have some spectacular hiking and biking trails. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile from the house and offers a 22 mile paved and picturesque bike trail with restaurants and shops along the way.
- There are two "must do's" when visiting our neighborhood; you must experience low tide and you must pull up a beach chair and witness an Eastham sunset. It's a different show every night and there are no reservations required!

House was very clean, great communication with owners, kitchen was well supplied, showers were great and location was perfect. Queen beds very comfortable but we live in a tourist town in Colorado with VRBO and thought it was strange to have to rent linens as they are supplied with CO rentals. The basement area/bedroom was nice and private for my daughter. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

This is our 4th year staying here. The location is perfect. A short walk to the bay side to see beautiful sunsets and a short drive or bike ride to the ocean side.
The house has everything you need, the owners are great. We are planning to come back next year because we love this place. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spot on the Cape.
