On three quarters of an acre is this sunny 4 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full, and 4 twin beds) and 2 full baths home. The newly purchased home has new appliances, floors and is nicely decorated. The home is equipped with a smart TV with cable and free WiFi. Outside there is a deck with new patio furniture, gas grill and screened in gazebo. There is also an outdoor shower and parking in rear for 4 cars. The home is located less than one mile from Cooks Brook Beach which offers beautiful sunsets. This spacious home is good for multiple families vacationing together.

We had an incredible stay at Ricardo’s Vrbo property in Eastham! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic outdoor space that truly felt like an extension of the living area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The location is ideal, just a short distance from stunning beaches like Coast Guard and Nauset Light, and there are wonderful hiking trails nearby, such as Fort Hill, for exploring Cape Cod’s natural beauty. Ricardo was a gracious host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Eastham!

House is better than described, well furnished & equipped with all the basics (hair dryer, soaps, cleaning, diswashing & laundry supplies, toilet psper, kitchen wraps & towels) Linen service is easy & ample and there are extra blankets. Furniture is in good shape & mostly comfortable. Both queen beds on 1st floor had mattresses on coiled springs (no box spring basel) which was quite uncomfortable so we spent a couple of nights in the living room. The yard is great, lots of nice patio furniture, new grill, great big playscape.
Be aware there is a basement apartment which the owner or his son may occupy with or without notice. Not a problem, i just wish we knew in advance. Owner is very responsive & courteous.

The house is located a short drive to Cooks Brook Beach on bay side. Beach gets very crowded at high tide and when tide is out, you really can't swim. There are very large groups of families with small children that use this beach daily. Parking lot is big and sticker is required. You can walk to beach but it's a good 15 minute walk and it gets hot. You can't walk to beach with small children. House is small inside, yard is good size. Located right off Rte 6. Air conditioning in house was a plus.
