The open concept living area has a bank of bay-facing windows that lets in lots of light. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with king bed, and a second bedroom that includes a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a bottom queen and an additional twin bed. Enjoy meals and on the deck that overlooks the bay! Watch the sun set into the water while you dine! The patio table with chairs and umbrella provide a perfect place for lobster dinners and lively conversation after a day of sun and surf.

The Audubon Sanctuary in Wellfleet is a popular spot and is only few minutes away and don't forget the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is only a five minute bike ride away.

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and I along with 2 other couples. Open floor plan with many windows overlooking spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and playing pool inside. This home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the house! It was so homey, had everything we needed, was a short walk to the beach and on a quiet street/neigborhood which was perfect for our mini family annual trip with 3 adults and 3 young children. The girls loved the bunk beds and are already asking when we can come back! Thank you again for a wonderful trip and we will back next year!

Beautiful great room with spectacular sunset views. Very nice deck for family meals. Kitchen had everything we needed and the whole house was very clean.The best thing is that it is so close to a private beach area. We didn’t feel we needed to gear up for hours at the beach, we could just pop down to the beach several times a day and come back to the house in between.

Great location with beautiful view of the bay. Short walk to Campground Beach. The house was perfect. Accommodated six adults and a baby with ease. The house was very clean , spacious and nicely decorated. The second floor dining/living space with outdoor deck provided gorgeous sunsets over the water and a relaxing atmosphere to begin the day enjoying coffee and end the day with dinner and cocktails. We look forward to our next visit.
