Harbourside Haven Penthouse 1

Stayed in the penthouse apt 5; amazing views of the harbour, exceptionally clean throughout, very secure, great location for exploring Weymouth and surrounding areas.

The 5pm check in time is quite late especially with young children but it is clearly stated so no complaints.

Excellent location, lovely view, lots of room

Parking very tight, was informed of this by an email,but not until booking had been made. Generally the property was clean, however there was quite a lot of debris between the sofa cushions.

My attempt to increase my guest number from one to three guests in the three bed property took almost 3 days of constant, frustrating, and time consuming attempts to make the simple change. The only response was to send me in digital circles with no human or even digital accomplishment of this simple task. It cost me a 50 minute overseas telephone call in desperation to get the guest number correct. This caused me a lot of stress before leaving on my trip. You get an 'F' in this department.

Gararge to small for use with normal SUV. I am partly disabled with a Blue Badge and Parking in Weymouth is still a huge challenge unless you have big pockets. Lift was out of use for periods on two occassions.
