Harbourside Haven Apartment 2

Location was amazing, with easy access to shops, restaurants etc The property itself is very comfortable and spacious and spotlessly clean. The view of the quay and the marina are fantastic.

The balcony chairs are unusable, which given the view, was very disappointing. There is building work taking place in the car park behind the apartment and across the street from our balcony, which at times was very noisy. We were not made aware of either of these activities. There were only 2 full size bath towels issued for the 4 of us staying there. I requested additional towels through the messaging service, but never heard anything back.

Good location but the view was spoilt by the building site across the road.

No scissors or teapot in the kitchen. Very tight access to the parking space. Could have done with a chest of draws in the bedrooms or a suitcase stand at least. The led lights under the units in the kitchen kept dropping down. Shower in the en suite leaked badly above the fixed head. No where to recycle glass, cans, paper.

Spacious, well equipped with a lovely view. We stayed here for the second time, but this time brought an elderly relative with us, so the lift was really useful.

Our previous visit with our Mazda MX5, was fine in the car park, but this time we came in a larger car. Do not be tempted to ignore the recommended dimensions. The spaces are reasonably spacious but access and the two 90 degree turns make manouevring very tricky. We got in okay but getting out was a nightmare.

location was ideal, right on the quay side. a few mins walk form all of the river side bards and restaurants. No problem finding the location or getting in when we first arrived. clean , well laid our property with no real issues

the parking was a bit of a pain. good to have some place you can park securely under the property , but its very tight to get in and our, when you book there are details to say its for a small car... but we did not receive or see these details until we hade booked. Ultimately we could get in and out but it would have been more challenging if all parking spaces had been filled by other tenants. had to reverse out each time. the master bedroom could do with a chest of draws for clothing, there is a double closest but little in the way of draws, especially if you are short in height
