Townbridge Apartment

In my opinion the apartment is in the best location of Weymouth, the view of the historic Town Bridge is great, which opens up to let tall boats through. Prezzo is on the bottom floor of the apartment block, Tesco express is a 1 min walk, everything you need is on tap including many high street shops a short walk away. Included garage parking was a great bonus, just check dimensions as large cars might not fit.

Being a busy location it can be noisy at night, just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

Problem with key fob for garage

Loved it was so close to shops and Theater the view over the Marina was lovely.

I found the apartment cold in the evening I understand the heating has to be on timed but went off too early at night.The apartment was very clean bedding amazing but the shower in the unsuite needed Resealed as there was black mould around the shower tray such a small job to get it right.We also struggled with the getting the Keys in and out of key safe too small and numbers not very clear.

Rooms nice and big. Good location. Lift to your floor.

Mold on the shower sealant. Fob and garage door never worked all week .garage very small only 5.8 foot high.still waiting for parking competition from the owner.or letting agent. Dream cottages. They are useless.
