A holiday home in Weymouth, near Brewer’s Quay in Weymouth. The property can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
Footprint is located in a gated development, formerly a stables in Weymouth. The property has a sitting room with dining area. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double, with a single bed and with en-suite and 1 x twin (very small room) plus family bathroom. To the front of the property there is a small patio with furniture. The property also has allocated gated parking for one car. Footprint in Weymouth a few minutes walk from the harbourside is the ideal place for your seaside holiday. Please Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 7 night stays between 30th May- 1st October 2026. Friday Changeovers only. Note: max 5 people.
Note: guests need to provide their own cot linen.
Note: the twin single bedroom is very small.

Cot available. Electric gated off road parking for one car behind allocated standard sized under cover parking space. At the front of the cottage there is a small decked area with two chairs. One well behaved dog welcome or enquire for two small pets. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min. Harbour 10 min. Beach 1 mile.
Town: This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.

Lovely place to stay. Sparkling clean, warm and welcoming. Really nice touch having a cream tea hamper and fresh milk.
The location is amazing minutes to the harbour and thr Nolthe.. Thank you.
