House was very clean and new modern kitchen and bathrooms , very easy access to the beach .
we were a family of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children and there was enough bedroom space for us all , although the 2 rooms on the top floor were quite cramped for 2 adults and a child it was only for 3 days so was ok .
The house was sufficient for our families needs and we would stay again
There were a couple of minor issues which did not impact on our stay but which I informed the owner of when leaving and they were things which were easily rectified and she thanked me for notifying her.
For anyone with any mobility issues I think they would struggle here as both bathrooms are on the middle floor ( where the main master bedroom is ) , there is the sofa bed so there would be no issues using that as it is a townhouse the doorways and passages are narrow so anyone using mobility aids may struggle.
