Location perfect and the house was spotless .

Most of the stay was great, no complaints at all. Everything worked just as expected .

It was very bright when we arrived, so the door code was difficult to see and apply, but not impossible. The TV in the lounge didn't seem to have any normal channels, other than that it was absolutely fine and we didn't do much telly anyway.

The property was excellent. Great room layouts, nice en suites and a great location to get into town whilst being reasonably quiet.

We were a family group, 8 adults and 3 young children, the property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bed/sleeping options including 2 travel cots and plenty of shower rooms. The Grange was well equipped and nicely decorated with a seaside vibe and the courtyard was an added bonus in the sunshine. We would definitely recommend. Excellent location, easy walk to the sea front.

Take eye masks if you're sensitive about light in the early mornings!

Small parking area in the front, managed to park one large car and one very small one. But plenty of parking in nearby roads

Beautiful property in a great location. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach and we didn’t use our car all weekend. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing house, so clean and loved that all the rooms were ensure for that extra bit of privacy. Checking in and out was easy. Had all the facilities you could possibly need. Great location.

This is such a great property, great for all families with plenty of room, the only difficult thing we found was who was having what bedroom, there were so many to choose from and they all looked so lovely, each with their own en-suite. The rooms were also very spacious and beds comfortable to sleep on. Only thing I could recommend was that they all needed curtains unfortunately the wooden shutters let in a lot of light in the mornings. There were plenty of toys for the younger ones such as Lego which my children happily played with definitely no need to bring your own. Also a huge range of dvds and board games were available. The children’s bedroom was also a favourite, it is beautifully decorated and the children bunk beds were amazing. The whole house is also decorated well and really felt like home. The additional bonuses such as the coffee maker and milk frother was a big hit and we was provided with Milk in fridge and a lovely pack of biscuits which went down well when we arrived, was much needed after a long drive down. There is room on driveway for two cars we had two large cars and was tightly parked but definitely possible otherwise you can park on road across the driveway. The location was very close to the town and a short walk to the beach. A very short drive to the Sealife centre and the Harvester nearby is highly recommended. I would definitely recommend coming here and definitely considering coming again in the future. Also we would not of have known the pub was next door if we didn’t look! There was absolutely no noise from them and we visited during the Kings coronation so was busy at this time. So don’t let the location of the pub put you off!!

Well presented, clean, perfect location

The two front bedrooms were very hot and could not open the window except for an inch. The fans helped a little, but it was to warm to sleep. Could not find an ironing board which would have been useful, also a broom.

Exactly what we expected. Met and exceeded our expectations. Great location, just a hundred yards or so from the front, but parking was easy, and the locality was very quiet. There's a good pub next door, but not once did we notice any noise. The kitchen is superb and very well equipped. Bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. We'd definitely return.

Gorgeous property, well maintained and well located for central Weymouth and the beach

The house was perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and bus and train services. We used it as a base for some excellent walking and scenery. Above all the house was a delight - beautifully decorated and equipped. It suited our group of 6, each one us having our own ensuite bedroom Thank you

Next too pub so could be rather noisy in the evenings if they had entertainment.

The property is very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and a large dining table to seat us all The rooms are a lovely size with very comfy beds and great water pressure in the showers. It also has toys and games for the children and babies. Friendly pub next door!

Location is next to a pub which for early birds like is meant it was rather noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Showers in every bathroom but a shame no bath.
